But the lady that did my initial injection to set the draw, she told me that if anything didn't feel right to let her know. Sure enough 15 mins into my donation my line clogs up so I'm pumping my fist but not getting anywhere for a really long time. So I told them not once, not twice, but 5 different times, to the point where I was in tears out of pure frustration with the situation. They stuck me twice in the end and neither one worked. Now Ive donated here in the past without issue. But I don't know if it was the phlebotomist or the equipment they use or a combo of both. But needless Im freaking traumatized all for $45. I won't be back
