I appreciated these qualities when I called inquiring about getting a second opinion for a situation I had been seen for in Michigan before coming to Florida. I regret that I do not have the name of the wonderful woman who took my info, spoke to one of the doctors, then called me back with a helpful plan. Dr. Onica provided me with answers that had eluded me for a long time. If you are looking for competent care, I can say that is what I received! Grateful.

We absolutely love them and trust them completely for our annual skin checks. The medical care itself has always been top-notch. That said, the front office and overall customer service are a completely different story--and it's becoming a serious problem. Trying to get someone on the phone is beyond frustrating. Calls go unanswered, messages don't get returned in a timely manner (if at all), and billing questions are incredibly difficult to resolve. The lack of communication and responsiveness is honestly shocking for an otherwise reputable practice. It's disappointing because the quality of the doctors deserves better support. But at some point, great medical care alone isn't enough when the administrative side is this difficult to deal with. If this doesn't get addressed, I can see patients--including us--starting to look elsewhere. We want to stay, but the experience outside the exam room needs major improvement. Fix the phones. Fix the customer service. Your patients deserve that

I got the prescription for the cream but nothing about the vitamin. Getting in touch with someone in the office has been very difficult as they want me to text in my request. I did, 3 times. No response. Finally on Friday I called again, said Yes to call back queue. Finally got a call back (showed as potential spam on my phone). Had to start the request for information from scratch. Now waiting for a call back. Will wait and see how this issue progresses.

I had 3 biopsies and with 5 phone calls, NO ONE CALLED US BACK. It's now been 3 weeks ~ after the 5th call and leaving messages requesting a return call for results, I was frustrated. I called up to Sun Coast "home office" and spoke with Angelica.... Who was wonderful. She released the results to me and turned out I needed MOHS surgery. Why it took three weeks to tell me I needed such an important procedure, I don't know. We made our MOHS surgery appointment with another Doctor.... and we will NOT BE BACK to the Sun Coast Skin Solution's office w/ Dr. Jennings in Punta Gorda. Service, in any business, is what we pay for. If service is non-existent .... We don't need to do business with them. .

My initial session was with Luke and Sabrina where they were very in depth about my history and came up with a work out plan that would benefit me. Sabrina was a student, and Luke definitely took her under his tutelage and it showed with her jumping right in. I've worked with PT Nikki a number of sessions and she was absolutely fantastic. Attentive to my needs and catered the exercises to get me back to good. Debbie and Rachel at the front desk were always very welcoming, and very communicative with me. I definitely recommend Cora in Port Charlotte for you Physical Therapy needs.

NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!! The following week I sent in an appointment request online, as of today JUNE 21. 2026, I have not heard one word from them. The APRN came and examined me, did some freezes and took one biopsy. They are very timely in their patient care. I had taken 101 year old to his heart doctor this week and we had to wait 2 hours. Not at this place. Next time I am taking my service dog.

Molly was so warm & pleasant, as was Danielle, who performed a biopsy on one area I have been concerned about, & froze off 2 others. While their waiting room was pretty full, the flow of patients in & out went quickly. I feel that it will be worthwhile to drive over an hour to continue to be their patient. Good healthcare isn't always easy to find. If you're in need of a dermatologist, I highly recommend this office.
