So incredibly sad to close my accounts with this company. I have been a customer for over 20…read moreyears; however, their banking practices have changed to become impossibly difficult to navigate, much less benefit from. They are not your financial partners anymore; they will trap you into fees and not respond when account becomes inaccessible -- I have been on hold for the last half hour waiting to close my account, because they keep charging me fees. The institution has changed drastically in their ability to meet customers' needs. It is of no benefit to have an account with them. Tropical Financial Credit Union is no longer customer oriented or even friendly; they would do well to remember that customers should be at the center of their business plans. That also includes the poor people working for the corporation! NOT PEOPLE OR CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

DO NOT BUY FROM ROLLING CARS (Hollywood, FL) -- Read Before You Purchase…read more My husband bought a black truck here less than 45 days ago for his transportation business -- with a warranty that has turned out to be worthless. Since day one, the truck has had a persistent squeaking noise and AC problems. We brought it in, they said everything would be fixed. Only the AC got done. Between then and now, we made several calls trying to get an appointment to fix the rest. Every time we were told they'd "get back to us" -- no one ever did. My husband even went in person to speak with the one guy who could actually make a decision, but he stayed in the back and refused to come out and address the situation. My husband ended up leaving just to avoid things escalating. You'd think after that they'd have called us. They did not. Three weeks later, they finally say they've ordered the parts and tell us to bring it in at 9am. We show up -- and they turn us away, saying they're overbooked. No courtesy call, nothing. We live 40 minutes away and I had to take off work to make this happen, for nothing. Now they're telling us "come back tomorrow." No accountability. No communication. Just excuses and finger-pointing between the dealership and their mechanic shop. We're filing complaints with the BBB and other consumer protection agencies, because other buyers deserve to know what they're getting into. If you're considering Rolling Cars, think twice -- unless you're truly desperate. And for those who do not know how to properly file a complaint....... Oh I got time today. 1. Better Business Bureau (BBB) - bbb.org search "Rolling Cars Hollywood FL" file complaint 2. Florida Attorney General - Consumer Protection - myfloridalegal.com (Consumer Complaint Form) 3. Warranty company directly -- if third-party, file with them separately And last but not least, the finance company they used to put you in the vehicle. Banks do not like doing business with shady car dealerships.

The sales manager(s) were very proffesional, and accomodating. In fact, they sent an Uber to bring me to thedealer so that I could finalize the purchase. When I left the dealer I had my own insurance, but additionally they provided me with plates- since they can act as DMV. After a week my truck is fine.

1 because I can not do 0…read more I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership think twice and do their research first. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler for $22,000 on Saturday, August 15. Within just a couple of days, I discovered multiple serious issues. The check engine light came on, the vehicle had no coolant, the windshield washer system was not working, and I later discovered that the front tires were completely worn and unsafe and that the vehicle needed additional maintenance and alignment work. I immediately brought the Jeep back to the dealership, where it stayed in their shop for two days. They told me they had resolved the issues and specifically told me that the check engine light had come on because the vehicle was low on coolant. They assured me the problem had been fixed. The very next day, I took the Jeep to another shop for an inspection, oil change, alignment, and maintenance. I was given an estimate of approximately $1,200, including the replacement of the front tires because they were completely worn. I contacted the dealership immediately and provided them with the documentation and evidence from the other shop. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, I was told, essentially, "the deal is done," that the vehicle could not be returned, and that my only option was to give up the vehicle and damage my credit. I was also told that it was my responsibility to have inspected the tires before purchasing the vehicle. Today, August 24, the check engine light came back on. I checked the coolant, and it is completely full. This directly contradicts what I was told--that the check engine light was caused by the lack of coolant and that the issue had been resolved. At this point, I no longer feel confident that I was given an honest representation of the vehicle's condition. I work hard for my money, pay my bills, and trusted this dealership to be honest with me about what I was purchasing. Instead, I feel that I was sold a vehicle with significant problems that were not properly disclosed. I am sharing my experience because I don't want another hardworking person to go through the same thing. Please do your own inspection, get the vehicle checked by an independent mechanic, and be extremely careful before purchasing from this dealership. I regret trusting their word instead of having the vehicle independently inspected before completing the purchase.
