The other bank had taken funds from our account after loan was paid off and had asked if Mid First could not make the payment as it was not posted yet . His response was to charge me 30$ to stop the payment that had not been processed yet and have me request a waiver of the fee later. If you're going to waive the fee anyways just do it and don't make the customer jump through hoops over paying off a loan. He was more interested in pointing the finger at the other bank instead of trying to help solve the problem. I have had several loans over the years with Mid First but will look elsewhere where from now on . I have banked with them for over 38 years and the attitude and lack of help is really disappointing.

I didn't really have an issue with in-person banking needs when in Norman or OKC, but in other cities, it's a challenge even in Tulsa where there's only one location. The customer service is always friendly and the bank gets the job done LOCALLY. I have asked myself several times, "Why I continue to bank with FFB?"
