How convenient all their phone systems are down on the day that your payment supposed to be in. I made a payment three days before my payment was due have a confirmation number but I can't get a hold of anybody because their phone systems are down. So they charge you a late fee plus $7 to pay it through their system. I am absolutely irate at this point in time I have a confirmation number can't get a hold of anybody as I said phone systems are down they make it so extremely hard for you to make your payments to collect that late fee and that additional fee. I have excellent credit and they're going to ruin it. At this point in time I'm ready to refinance with another company this is a horrible horrible company anyway they can screw you they will I would run run fast.

I visited MJB on a whim because my Auto Policy was coming up and I figured I'd give a local…read morebusiness a shot at quoting my rate. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a "How can I help you today sir?" Which you don't hear much anymore this day and age. I explained my situation and they told me they'd be glad to quote me they just needed a little bit of my personal and automotive information. While providing them my information I was asked if I'd like some water or iced tea. I gladly accepted the offer. As they ran my information they asked all the pertinent questions about what level of policy I'd like, different coverage options, and prior experiences with other providers. Once the quote came up it turned out that they were saving me over $750 dollars a year because my prior coverage had add-ons and hidden charges that I didn't read into within the fine print of my previous online provider. 3 months later I went back when my home owners policy came up and they did it again. Once I bundled the two my rates were cheaper on both ends. I never would have remembered that my home owners policy was up but Mike gave me a call 2 weeks before to remind me. That's customer service!!!! Now every now and then I stop in to say hi and they're always excited to see me. They even bought lunch once and refused to accept any money. TOP NOTCH!!!!

Since then, JB and his more than capable technicians have serviced my family's cars. Whenever my daughter drives home from college, I don't let her drive back without JB giving it a safety check. He won't let you spend more money than you have to. He'll tell you what you need now, what can wait, and what you'll need miles down the road.
