Don't do it! Insane apr, you're basically only paying the interest each month and will end up paying double what you've borrowed.

Other companies offered interest rates that were over 100%, I got a fair & decent interest rate for an unsecured loan with less than perfect credit in under 3 hours. They really came through for my family. But, it was the way they treated me that left me with a lump in my throat on a very stressful day. Very grateful. Life throws everyone a curve ball eventually - good to have Sylvia and Heather at Lendmark in your corner when it does.

I even told her I do NOT have bank statements my job doesn't offer direct deposit. Only for her to call me 20 minutes before my asking for my pay stubs. Which I already uploaded! I get to the office as I am walking up Heather calls me and tells me they need my banks statements the pay stub I uploaded won't suffice 8 minutes BEFORE my appointment after I sat in traffic and waste my time and gas coming to this office. They could have called me ahead of time before I wasted the drive and gas! They had more than enough time to review my pay stub, I even told Evelyn I DO NOT have bank statements. So why are you telling me 8 minutes before my appointment I need them. Not a good experience, horrible communication. They had no sympathy for my concerns! Do not recommend THIS Lendmark establishment

The Purchase was effortless and quick (took 30minutes or less to do the paperworks). Hertz gave me 7 days to return the vehicle in case I was not satisfied with it. Well, It's been a week now since owning the vehicle and so far everything's been running good without any issues. Happy to say we got a keeper! So it turns out that the vehicle we were interested in did not work out with the previous buyer who bought it impulsively. Sebastian kept in contact with me to let me know that the vehicle would be available for purchase again. Alejandro & Javier assisted me on the day of sale. Miguel, the manager, spoke with me personally and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Because of these guys, my faith has been restored. I recommend them and will for surely be buying a vehicle with Hertz again. Thank You so much fellas, keep up the good work!

I would advise purchasing the extended warranty, but they will lower the price with some pushback. As soon as I got home with my car, one of the headlamps was not working. Turns out to be a technician fault, as the connector plug was removed during the engine cleaning process before putting the car on the lot. Always ask questions for a full demonstration of all mechanical and electronic systems. These are fleet (rental) vehicles, so their history is unknown, but they do a good of servicing while in their possession. Once you purchase a vehicle, you'll be directed to a 3rd party provider for service. They won't tell you this until you have an issues and request support. I'm not disappointed with the vehicle, but honest up-front should be a priority.

In theory, you go to the Dealer for the most knowledgeable and professional services. My expectation was high. When I picked up my AEV version AT4X, I was not provided the multipoint inspection sheet as noted on my paperwork. So, I turned around and asked for the sheet. (First red flag) My first question was did you reset the oil life monitor when you changed the oil. The service advisor said yes. When I asked why that was not checked off, he replied thats not printed on the form. (I guess second red flag) I left Martin Chevrolet worried about the quality of service given to me, but I was busy so I left. Once I had more time to review, I noticed they marked Tire PSI at 40. Did they fill the tires to 40 PSI? Thats actually the wrong tire pressure! Manufacturer recommends 38. (Details matter) Then, in writing up this review I remembered I had damage to the rear right shocks on the truck. No mention or documentation of anything anywhere. Is that actually an issue---- honestly I suspect not, but I also expect they missed it. While none of these items represent anything major, the lack of detail and precision is worrisome for a Dealership. I will see how they respond when I ask for clarification. In the meantime, Where should I go for top notch auto service? Its clearly not Martin Chevrolet.

HARD TO REACH BRENCH It started in a parking lot--one of…read morethose shared ones where different businesses sit next to a bank. Nothing unusual. Just another day. I saw an envelope lying on the ground between the cars. At first, I honestly thought it was trash. Something a bank customer had dropped and didn't care about. I almost ignored it and kept walking. But then something in me--my instinct--kicked in of order. I looked around. So I picked it up, thinking,Who could be this messy person I'll just throw it away later, and put it in my pocket so I can do it right away Then I went diration to the bank and got busy with my own business. And just like that--I completely forgot about the envelope. It wasn't until I was far away, already heading home, that it suddenly hit me. The envelope. And I even asked myself, "Why didn't I just throw it away at the bank?" By the time I got home, curiosity got the better of me. I opened it. Inside, I found a paper, some money, and a smaller envelope with handwritten numbers. I counted $140. But on the paper, it looked like 740 was written down. That's when my thoughts started going somewhere deeper. This might be someone's missing portion of rent money. This person could really need this. It didn't feel like trash anymore. It felt important. So I picked up the phone and called the bank. The first person I spoke to didn't take it seriously. She said something like, "It's your lucky day," almost like I had just found free money. That didn't sit right with me at all. Lucky day? No. That didn't feel right. I called again. The second person told me that someone had already come in asking about lost money. That made me pause. Because at that point, I was already far away from the bank. So now I'm thinking--how does that line up? I called a third time and asked them to contact me if anything came up. But now my mind wouldn't stop. What if they're not telling me the truth? What if someone really needs this and it never gets back to them? What if I just keep it--and it was meant for someone struggling? That didn't sit right with me either. So I made a decision. I got back in my car and drove all the way back to the bank.It wasn't convenient. It took time. It was honestly a pain in the neck after everything I had already done that day. But I walked in--and I handed the envelope over with the question if not someone claims it if I get it back. So I got the answer Someone claims it already. I made sure that's the person on the phone told me the truth...so I was confident to give it to the bank manager assistant. But not without giving me the name good it isn't a high amount but for other it is. No direct banker only call center what are only can talk to the bank. So far so good.

First order of ops was to cancel all plastic-like...NOW! That meant both my Navy Fed personal and business cards-among others. So I came into the only branch for miles and miles around with moms in tow. This review is strictly concerning Navy Federal and the Immaculate Reception/ Hail Mary experience I just received in there. Trust me folks when I say I'm no one special, but I sure came out feeling like the son of Jeff Bezos or Bill Gates-with some added melanin quite naturally! So the line to see a teller was practically outside the door. The presence of a Billy Dee Williams (that's a compliment by the way) looking armed security guard kind of smoothed things over, just in the event that hot tempers and hot heads would get too annoyed at what awaited them-a long, long, long line! The line was for a litany of things, ranging from the need to get a new ATM debit card like myself to any number of other issues that the client needed to have taken care of. Luckily enough, I ran across Lauren, who was for lack of a better phrase the ground traffic controller here! When she had a few seconds to breathe, she politely informed me that I could take advantage of an option within the Navy Federal app that would in turn allow her to go and print out a replacement card immediately! In less than 5 minutes I was out the door! Lauren is clearly the CSA or customer service all star of this experience. Thanks Lauren, you are the epitome of class, efficiency, and someone with a heart, and repped the NFCU brand in a top-tier performance!
