Why didn't I read the reviews. Had a virtual appointment. The MA demanded my credit card, that she was going to write down on a piece of paper. I told her I would only give my credit card if going into a terminal. I had to repeat myself three times with three different people for them to understand. They thought it was perfectly natural to have someone's credit card lying around on a piece of paper with random people walking back and forth. I guarantee you the MA would have gotten up and someone else could have easily grabbed my credit card info. They should take care of these things BEFORE the appointment as it was a 30 minute fiscal speaking to three different people to explain the same thing I do not want my credit card info left on a piece of paper. I am in Texas and no where does it state they can't prescribe outside of OR. If they had said that online when scheduling I wouldn't have wasted my time or money at this place. After a 10 minute consult I asked about getting bloodwork done in Texas and the prescriber said I didn't hear that and then wanted to send my product to my cousin in OR to send to me, no thank you. They still demanded FULL payment of 245 for 10 minutes of the nurses time who could not do anything for me. The knocked it down to $185 which is still insane for nothing. A complete waste of my time and money, This place is super disorganized. Even if I lived there I would not go. MY cousin recommended and the only reason why I scheduled a virtual. Never again. I will have to watch my credit card for fraud charges. read more

My provider there is Monica but she was busy on March 26th. and couldn't see me for a UTI. I saw Neal instead. After a very brief visit, 10 minutes at most we discussed medication for a reacurring problems,UTI's. He prescribed a med that I had taken before that worked for me, Nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice a day, quanity 20 pills. I picked up my med's from the pharmacy. I read the label, it said four pills (100mg) every six hours for seven days, quanity 20. Well 4x7 is 28. The quanity on bottle said 20 so not enough to cover the timeframe. I was concerned about the discrepancy between what Neal said and what was prescribed. I went back to the One Peak office in Central Point and asked to speak to him about the difference in dosage. I was told he had a client and I would have to wait which I did. Later someone came out and told me he had gone to lunch and I would have to wait longer. An appoinmnet that started at 10:00 a.m. was now 1:00 p.m. I felt like they were wanting me to leave at that point. After that as I continued to wait a female employee came out to talk to me in the waiting room. She suggested to me that I change the dosage. Shocking, who is this person and is she qualfied to even tell me that, very unprofessional and was it even safe? I continue to insist in speaking with Neal about the dosage since he is the one that prescribed it. Finally I was allowed to speak with him about the correct dosage. Unfortunately that is not the end of the problems I had. I was told the office would call after the urine cultures came back to make sure the med's I was taking would take care of the infection. It's been 13 days and no one from that office evey called me. So I called the office today to find out why and see if the med's I had been taking would work. I 've been on med's for ten days and don't even know if the med's prescribed are working or if the med's needed to be changed. I don't think I have to tell you what the serious consequences could have been if your taking the wrong med for ten days for a UTI...it could have moved into my kidneys. This whole experience has been very frighenting. I have no confidence in getting any medical care at that office after my experience. I called the office again and asked for a copy of my urine culture because I feel like I need to check and make sure the med's I was prescribed will work for the infection. When I called and asked for Monica to call me, what should have been the typical call back about med's etc. I was asked to come into the clinic for an appt., why?...$$$$. I declined. I was then asked to to do a telemed call, why...$$$$, again I declined. I never received a call back from Monica but did get a message via another employee there. I feel the person that dropped the ball was the PA Neal who was the one that treated me and failed to do the normal backup (phone call) needed as per results and med's. Needless to say I'm will no longer be a patient of One Peak Medical. After reading all of the negative reviews I have a agree with most of the posters. It's all about "Show me the $$$$" read more

I have been a patient of One Peak Medical since 2020. I have been with both the Hillcrest office and the Central Point office. When I first started with One Peak, I was thrilled. I felt valued, listened to, and cared for. Since they began expanding, the care has declined exponentially. You will not receive quality medical care at either office. I urge you to find another practice. The issues are as follows. - Your medical provider spends a rushed five minutes with you, does not listen, ignores obvious lab results, writes a prescription, and tells you to come back in six months. My husband was prescribed two medications and given no information about them. When we did our research, we found it is dangerous to prescribe these medications together. - You cannot contact your office or medical provider. Either your call is not answered, or you must speak with someone at a call center who has zero medical knowledge or ability to do anything for you other than allegedly send a message, although the messages are never addressed. - When calling with an emergency during off hours, you can select a number to be directed to an on-call provider. When you select it, you get the message that the selection is not associated with anything. To be clear, you can call with an emergency need and be met with an empty phone line. - The front desk staff appear to have such a jolly time that they do not have time for patients. I have been waiting to check in while they finish their social conversation. - My husband was out of refills for his medication. He went through his pharmacy as directed a week before he would run out of medication. The pharmacy could not reach One Peak, so my husband began calling. To make a long story short, he ran out of his medication, which has profound health implications. We could not get ahold of anyone. I had to walk into the office to speak with someone, and it still took three days for my husband's medication to be refilled. read more

Ridiculous facility. Poor communication, I've been attempting to contact about my incorrectly coded bill for MONTHS. This place is a vitamin mill and a rip off. Find a real established medical group if you need one. read more

Bad primary care, they rush you, don't listen to you. They just want your money and to sell you supplements for all your issues which is practically a Pseudo science. Literally was told i need to start taking 8 different supplements every day. All i had was vitamin D deficiency and i need to take 8 different supplements every day? read more

my daughter is a pt at central point and has had a really great experience with Neal. she said for the first time she felt they listening and took what she had to say into consideration. she is going to continue her care there due to always being well taken care of. she has also always had a hard time with her blood draws and her labs they wanted her to get went flawlessly. read more

Never in my life have I gone to the doctors and had them forgot to call in my prescriptions. This is one of the most basic fundamental functions of a doctors office. Needless to say I'm very dissatisfied!!! read more

I have been a patient at one Peak medical for about two years. The level of service and their billing department has continued to decline. The current level of service is ridiculous. Their telephone system and phone prompts go on forever. Once you select a number and are redirected, you were placed on hold again. Finally someone will come on the line request information about you and then look at their screens and basically tell you what we can take a message for that person that you're trying to get a hold of. This happened to me today on three separate occasions. On two of the phone calls, it was the same person I spoke to and we had a lengthy conversation about the matter. I was trying to get resolved. I needed a change in prescription because the prescription I had was making me violently ill. My adventure with Pete today started at 9 o'clock this morning. Lastly, only a few minutes ago at 4:57 PM, I had another conversation, again, with the same person who told me she would take information and pass it along. I did explain. I received a call from Peak only a few minutes ago only to be told to call them back and they provided the number. again I called the number one through all the recordings and was once again told they would pass the information along to the person who to ask me to call back. This is unacceptable. Service and I won't even get into the billing issues at this point. I feel it would be nice if the owner Miss Jackson, who travels all over the world all the time and post everything on Facebook spent a little more time at her businesses to ensure they were running properly. I started out as a patient of Stephanie Romo at the Hillcrest office. Stephanie was great! I felt like she cared and I never had any issues getting questions answered even after my visits. When she cut her hours I was transferred to a new provider who started out well but has done nothing but gone down hill. At a yearly check up I was told my prescriptions would be refilled and was even set up for a medication follow up in 3 months. I called when the prescription was never sent in and her VERY rude assistant told me I asked too many questions at my appointment and I would need to come in again if I wanted them refilled. It feels like these offices have turned into a a cattle shoot and they herd through as many a day as possible without an actual care for the patient. Most people can't afford to do multiple visits but the more times they get you in the more money they make. Sad because I really used to feel like this was a good office before. read more
