We contracted the Warrenton location to remodel our master bathroom in March when we feel in love with the design that was done. They didn't start construction until May 12, and it was difficult getting them pinned down on that date. They knew from the beginning we were wanting them to be finished before our vacation in June. They started strong with 3 workers the first day to get demo done in one day, but from that point on they never worked a full week and vary rarely worked a full day. Our project that was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks took 3 months. Three of the most aggravating, frustrating months we have ever spent. The contractor didn't show up half of the time, and the work he did had to be redone many times. He didn't even know how to build the half wall for the shower, and we had to explain it to him. They wouldn't let us know when they weren't coming even though we asked time and time again so that we could let out our animals. They didn't obtain the County permit for construction, and that delayed everything. They always had an excuse for why they weren't working. We finally had to threaten to get a lawyer for breach of contract to get the work completed. Although the design looked good on paper, there wasn't enough detail to it to fully execute it properly. The plan for the closet was not detailed enough to show that the opening was only going to be 15" wide with the shelves as shown which would have been even narrower because the hangers extend outside of the closet. I could go on and on about the aggravation we have experienced over the last 3 months, and the extreme stress that this has put on our family. The end result is beautiful, but I hope the construction holds up. read more

My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen. We drive by One Stop Kitchen and Bath and my wife said let's give them our business. We looked at some of the floor displays and we talked to the salesman. my wife told him what kind of floor plan we had in min. He came to our house to measure the kitchen with someon to do the design on a computer March 11, 2022. April 11, we finally got the design sent to us and it was all totally wrong. My wife email the designer and the salesman with no response from anyone. DON'T use this company. Obviously they don't want business if they can't be bothered contacting customers. We chose a competition that is calling us every step of the way. read more

I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. As the customer who was ready to drop thousands of dollars for a bathroom remodel, I contacted this company for a small (approximately 5 ft X 8 ft bathroom remodel. Was not impress with the owner or family helping to run the business but, My sales rep was amazing. She was responsive and appeared to be knowledgeable. She helped me decide how to augment my small bathroom layout maximizing efficiency. Everything was going well until I received the the quote $32,000 and was initially required to provide a down payment close to 70% with a project start date of 8-10 weeks post deposit. Needless to say I was speechless! The company were only to provide the vanity, tiles, and the shower tiles while I provide bathroom fixtures including medicine cabinet , and new lighting. When I balked at the cost, it was decreased by only $5000 and I would have to get someone to do the electrical work rather than them. When asked for the break down of cost after the price decease I was provided a contract with a detailed list of several lump sum cost that couldn't be explained. My gut kept gnawing at me. The outrageous quote really didn't fit the project. I politely went elsewhere and so glad I did. My project was completed the very next week with everything I wanted for just under $13,000. Demolition and remodel of my bathroom took 2 weeks. High quality and top notch service. The money I saved for not going with One Stop I splurged on upgrading my fixtures. The company I went with didn't ask me for 70% down just 30% before the project started. They cleaned up daily and I didn't have to pay extra for them to haul the debris away. I hope this review helps those who are on the fence regarding home remodel cost. I was able to find several other companies who charged around the same ball park as the company I went with. Just do your homework, it'll save you lots!! read more

I cannot speak to the quality of the work of Onestop Kitchen and Bath, but their non-responsiveness and lack of follow up is terrible. They never keep kept their word with us, and did not communicate very well. Our first contact with Onestop Kitchen and Bath was in April when a representative came to our home and assessed our kitchen for remodeling options. The representative said it would be at least two weeks to get back to us given Onestop's workload. We understood. Three weeks passed and we did not hear anything back so we called the office for the representative to call us back and they never did. We texted him and he called several days to schedule us a time in May to look at options (pick colors, styles, flooring etc). When we arrived for the appointment the rep forgot who we were and forgot to schedule us in their calendar, by his own admission. We were a little perplexed but proceeded with the appointment. After we selected our options, he told us he would email an estimate the next day. However, the next day he called us and said he was going on vacation and would send us an estimate the Friday after he got back. He never got back to us. That was about four weeks ago and we even went so far as to send another text , and again no reply. This is my first ever negative Google review. We are very flexible and believe in supporting local businesses, but this is no way to treat customers. I understand that the post-pandemic pent-up demand and market forces are stretching contractors thin right now, but in our recent experience with other contractors, their has been much better communication than with Onestop. read more

Talk about great customer service! I talked to Steve regarding a master bath remodel. I was frustrated due to the slow to non- responses from other merchants. Sensing my frustration, I was speechless when Steve told me he was going to make a special trip and would be at my home in TWO HOURS! On the same day!! If you've recently attempted quotes, you'll understand how astonishing this is. Steve listened to our remodel concerns, offered creative solutions, and was extremely professional. At this point, Fredericksburg Kitchen and bath has 1 star from me. We ordered a complete remodel from them for our small kitchen $20k!! The order was put in before Thanksgiving of 2109 and as of this posting, it is not done. The salesman, Kip, has consistently promised dates and times the contractors would be out and each time, there's no show and no call. It's been like pulling teeth to get them to work. Each time a contractor finally did come out, it was different people. When they finally did come in and tear our old cabinets out, we had a dumpster in our yard for other work we were doing. We told them they can dispose of the old cabinets in it, but they needed to be broke up. Needless to say, they didn't at first, my husband had to call multiple times to get them back out to break up the cabinets. They installed the new cabinets, two doors are warped and one cabinet needed to be modified, (which was known when it was designed), and it wasn't. It needed to be taken back and modified, now the drawer door is chipped and there is no shelf in the cabinet. After the install, there was wood chips and dust everywhere that we were left to clean, when the tile was installed, the kitchen was destroyed with grout all over the cabinets that I had to clean. So far we've paid them over 18k and they were supposed to be here Friday to install the kick plates, 3/4 round and do a punch list, no call no show. When we finally get hold of Kip, he promised Sat or Sun, it's now 12:30pm and no call, no show Oh, and the two kickers are - we were very specific about not tearing out the floor and they did! They needed to install hardy board to hold the tile, when this was happening, they didn't account for the outlets, then they left the open outlets hanging for over a week. It's been one thing after another. I have posted pictures. On one side of our stove, the space between the upper cabinet and the lower cabinet is 17 1/4", the other side is 18" shoddy workmanship.. Also, the grout is cracked all along the countertop. There's just to much to put on here. read more

Had the salesman, Scott, out to get a price to remodel both of our bathrooms. Eventually we set up an appointment to meet at the showroom to choose what we wanted. Scott took the info and said since they were busy he'd get back to us once he worked out the quote. That was in the summer. We waited and never a word (no call no email) from Scott or the company. Very disappointed as we wanted to use a local company, but to not even respond to us? That's poor service all the way around. Even more: we couldn't get a quote why? Ridiculous. For me: even after having surgery I found the strength to go their showroom to make our selection but they couldn't find the strength to give an estimate? Anyway we went with bath fitters and will get a more modern functional bathroom and I won't have to worry about falling in the shower. For potential customers of One Stop.....you may want to look elsewhere or you'll end wasting your time waiting for an email or call that will never come. read more
