My wife and I just moved to Stafford and needed a bathroom remodel in our house. I researched the local remodeling companies and found a bunch. The reviews were all over the board--some good, some bad, some downright awful. They really did not help my decision-making much, so I decided to call and interview a few of the local vendors. Most were not responsive. That was until I spoke to Fareed Sanie at Quality Floor Kitchen and Bath. He said they could meet my expectations and do the project within a month. At that point, I went into their showroom to meet Fareed (the next day on a Saturday) and see their offering. I was positively impressed with what I saw. Fareed was at the house to "scope" the project that Monday. He had plans for me the next day. I went into the showroom to pick the tile, granite countertop, vanity, etc. They started the project within a week and finished within a month--as promised. The craftsmanship from Fareed's team (including Franklin and Oscar) is stellar--far beyond my expectations. Their attention to detail (from the grout work to the plumbing, framing, painting, etc.) was excellent. All of the workers showed up on time, cleaned up after each day's work, and were courteous and respectful to our family. My wife and I have bought and sold many homes throughout our lives, and I can say unequivocally that the bathroom that Quality Floor Kitchen and Bath provided us here in Stafford is the best we have ever had. We are overjoyed. Thank you, Fareed and team for exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality (as the name says) and timely bath remodeling. read more

I contacted Mr. Fareed again and he scheduled an appointment for today Friday, July 1 for between 9:00 and 10:00. Again no one showed up. I called the store at 10:20 and was told by the person answering the phone that he would have Mr. Fareed call me back or he would call me back. No return call as of 12:58. I am hiding the imperfections with appliances, etc. on the countertop. This has been not corrected since October 19, 2021 as stated before (7 months). I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and will sort other legal means on how to resolve the issue. read more

This company is not a trusted company, I sign the contract in May, for remodeling a small bathroom, changing the bath top to standing shower, I was told the job should not take more than a week, several appointment was set to start the job, no show up no answer on the phone, they did not start the job till the second week of July, and they send the worker whenever they want up to their timing not considering out time and frustration, we agree on certain items like shower one hang to wall and the second is hander shower, he puts 2 movable shower, when I asked he said this is what you get, we agree on a glass door shower, he gets the cheapest glass panel and use it, when he gives an appointment and did not show, if I taxed him he gets mad, and insulted me over the phone, when you call him he does not answer, he is always sleeping, his crew does not speaks English at all, my experience with this company was a nightmare I will never recommended him to anyone I care about. WARNING! NOT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR AS OF 3/8/2022!!!! Verify with DPOR. They tell you they are but it's illegal to do work in VA without a license for contracts over $1k. With that being said we learned the hard way. When I asked for his liscense he said he'd email it to me (so complete fraud then verified with the state but too late). We signed our contract in December and as of 3/8 the job is still not done. We had to hire other people to complete what they could not. See pictures for quality of work. Full disclosure, they repaired some (not all) of what they did after saying we were going to report them BUT not the major stuff like installing the wrong material. We didn't have time to play games because we had to sell our house so we paid them off and now need to report them which is more time money and headaches. The biggest complaint is that they put in the wrong material for the stairs (see contract says white risers and look what we got). And when I asked them to fix it he said I was difficult and unreasonable. The owner is unresponsive, will demo your bathroom and then leave it not working for weeks and not tell you when he plans on finishing. We have one shower so imagine not being able to shower in your home for months. We had strangers in and out of our house, they just show up whenever and weeks apart with no texts. He had multiple meetings with us that he just didn't show up for too and countless unanswered texts. If you want illegal work done, don't pay premium prices, these guys aren't even cheap and I'll let the pictures speak for quality of work. Complete nightmare, lots of money, headaches, wasted time, anxiety and stress. Our baseboard FELL OFF after 2 days. When they mess up your house they are not held accountable because they are not licensed. If you have had an experience like ours, and from the reviews I gather we're not the first, report them to DPOR for being unlicensed and then contact the attorney general because they prosecute cases like this all the time. The work crew replaced and laid an entire cellar carpet as contracted. The work was accomplished on time, additionally the owner reccomended certainly renovations that enhanced the entire project. Excellent quality work, along with honesty through every step of the preocess. I would highly reccomend their services to anyone who needs work done. read more

We had purchased flooring from Quality Floor Kitchen and Bath and installed it yourself, the flooring is quality material. This time was our first opportunity to have Quality install the flooring for us and it was a great job. The installer was the most polite man and he did excellent work. I contracted Quality Floor Kitchen & Bath (Quality) to remodel our master shower and to install quartz countertops which included installing a garbage disposal and faucet in December 2016. Quality changed the install date twice (without advising me) and tried to cancel the third agreed upon date however, I told them that if they didn't start I would cancel. The countertop installers spoke 3 words of English (ok, yes and no), they measured the countertops which were an inch too short once they were installed. The installers then tried to fix the shortage by putting black caulking in the shortage area which was against a wall, and in doing so, they left the black caulk residue on my white wall. I advised Quality that the caulk was unacceptable since I could not communicate with the installers. The installers returned on Sunday ( very obvious that they were intoxicated) after the initial install since they didn't install the garbage disposal correctly which caused water to pour onto our floors when I attempted to use the dishwasher...they still didn't install the garbage disposal nor the faucet correctly. Quality sent another person, who spent 3 hours trying to correct what the first pair did, which only lasted for approximately 3-4 days, at which time the disposal stopped working completely. I contacted Quality and told them I was hiring a licensed plumber which I did and he informed me that it was beyond repair since it was apparently wired incorrectly which caused it to shutdown. After a conversation with Quality they reimbursed me for the cost of the new disposal and the install cost. Last week the faucet stopped working (this was not the faucet I chose when making my selection, I took a photo of the one I chose however the owner stated that was the one we chose), I let the faucet matter alone since it did work however after a couple of months it was not functioning properly, I only notified Quality after it stopped working to the point that water would barely come out (note: all parts and labor are guaranteed for one year is 1/6/18). When I called Quality, I was told that I BROKE the garbage disposal and now the faucet, I then Informed them again that they sent 2 intoxicated non-licensed employees to my house. Also, the installers put a sealant on the quartz countertops, they didn't know that you don't seal quartz. The shower install (different installers) was a lot better however with one problem, they installed corner shelves and apparently Quality couldn't find three matching shelves so two shelves match and the third which was placed approximately 3 feet higher than the matching shelves is different, which I didn't notice until I was trying to install additional corner shelves. In sum, I gave Quality many opportunities to live up to the contract however the last conversation let me know that they don't care about me as a customer. Finally, I have many emails to Quality that detail this very bad experience. read more

Amazing business and great people. We were having a hard time with other contractors...but Quality Floor Kitchen & Bath saved us from more chaos. They took the time to explain every kind of floor and it's benefits. They made us feel welcome and as though we were family. They installed flooring on the main floor and basement of our house, it looks amazing....no issues. They have been patient with our "pain in the butt" insurance company. They are wonderful people and I would recommend them to everyone. read more

I had to abandon my plans to purchase carpeting from Lowes... better to let them keep the $35 they charged to come out and measure because they added $70 of bogus moving fees and upgraded my padding without asking me to a price not even listed at the store. BEWARE! read more
