They repeatedly show up to my door with the wrong beer, wrong whiskey, wrong whatever and think that just because it's a beer when I want beer or it's a whiskey when I want whiskey or it's a tequila when I want tequila, I won't know the difference. I have to spend a lot of money to Uber to other liquor stores to get the things they can't deliver and it's much harder to be able to afford to do this when I've already paid for something that I didn't want from their store. Sometimes DoorDash will help me get it back, but sometimes the app locks up and I can't review them on DoorDash. I recommend whether you can drive to the liquor, store yourself, can afford to jump in an Uber and fill your own order or try to do Liquor delivery. They just avoid the store altogether because they simply are not trying. They literally do not understand that I can tell the difference and one flavor or another. It has had it been so repeatedly and I have tried very hard to work with them, but they just don't flipping care! They would rather make a dime and then have to refund it through DoorDash then say sorry we can't bring you what you want in the first place. I do have trouble finding places to deliver and I don't drive so I have to Uber if I have to go myself and it's a hardship, but I will do it from now on because I will never use XO again.
