I will likely be back in the Pass Christian/ Bay St Louis area often in the coming years and I'm excited and grateful to know that this studio is here. She also has other yoga shops/classes that are held there. We always had a good time at the studio, she makes you feel comfortable there, as do the other instructors (BJ-pilates) and other members. I would consider the pace to be easy-moderate, but I can imagine it picking up as a regular crowd forms. The studio is exceptionally cute. The garden is beautiful. And, of course, the place smelled great. I thought that it was very considerate that Tracy asked me if incense bothered me before lighting it. It does bother me (allergies) and so there was none. I will definitely return.

I don't think many schools would not only modify requirements but also encourage an old lady in a dream she didn't think would actually be possible. I am now an assistant instructor helping Sensei with the younger kids and it fills my heart with so much joy I can't even explain. If you want your kids to learn discipline, confidence then you want to enroll them today. He teaches so much more then Karate. He teaches kids how to deal with their emotions of fear and anger, anxiety. I've watched very timid children come in and with in weeks they are laughing, kicking, punching and screaming their Kia's and excited about their first belt test. I've also watched kids that can't sit still, learn in a short time to sit, meditate and pay attention. He is awesome with kids and old ladies :)

They also carry a nice selection of aromatherapy and yoga products and even offer yoga classes. The salon is large, sparkling and inviting. Highly recommend them!
