When I tried to explain and I even had proof that the meds were filled in June but she argued with me saying well its in your file. Well thats not what the pharmacist said. I even called the pharmacy back to double check and they saw nothing sent this month just June. The lady I spoke with here is rude and I feel hurt from how I was treated. She needs to be retrained and to not treat patients like liars. I do not feel comfortable coming back here which is a shame because I liked Dr. Willbrant. She might just deny this review as me being a Karen but it is true how she treated me and she does not need to be treating patients like this.

I booked a couples massage by phone on Thursday, 7/16, for Saturday, 7/18, and provided my credit card information to hold the appointment. Mark, who I later learned is the owner's husband, was helpful on the phone and asked us to arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork. When we arrived early as requested, we were told there was no appointment written down and no rooms available. The lady at the front desk called the owner and then simply told us Mark had not written it down and they were sorry for the inconvenience. What frustrated us most was that no one made any effort to fix the situation. No offer to reschedule, no attempt to find another option, and no remedy of any kind. It basically felt like, "We messed up, sorry, have a good day." Extremely Poor Customer Service and Problem Resolution. Mistakes happen, but when a business takes credit card information to hold an appointment, that appointment should be honored--or at the very least, the business should make a real effort to make it right if there is an option available. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. As they say, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression", and I have to say this this one was about as poor as it gets.

She also has other yoga shops/classes that are held there. We always had a good time at the studio, she makes you feel comfortable there, as do the other instructors (BJ-pilates) and other members.
