I'm an OTA student and I love the program for a multitude of reasons. I found this finance education program to be very stimulating and it includes the best customer service I've ever experienced, and I'm in the service industry. I don't see how anyone can complain about OTA with honesty. There is such an overwhelming amount of educational resources in different formats available, including instructors, to work through problems to find solutions, so if you fail, you fail because of yourself. Moreover, there is simulated trading to hone your skills before doing live trades. The OTA instructors repeatedly emphasize to NOT trade if you do not feel comfortable. You get what you put into life. If you have the time, energy and desire, this program will help you be the best trader you can be. read more

I just finished my first course, Core Strategy (that everyone must do). I never traded before and I also know very little about finances. Our instructor was a successful trader who was knowledgeable and very patient. Online Trading Academy is set up to provide ongoing help as you continue to learn the techniques of trading. Although the course ended and there is lots to learn, it is up to me to be proactive to study and take advantage of the many resources. During the week when we were practicing, occasionally the teacher's aides were not available all times, which was frustrating. I am confident about our future of trading and increasing our money and assets. I plan to study and become the best trader ever with the help of the academy! read more

Instructor Bobbie was wonderful! Loved her enthusiasm, upbeat energy and her dedication to have all students understand the material. Personnel onsite is helpful and quick to assist. Instructors and student help are patient and determined to have students understand the material. So much food every day for lunch! Went thru XLT Core & just finished XLT Futures class. All in all, very impressed with the resources available, the teachers i've had, and the staff. Kinda like going to college to learn how to make $$$ safely! XLT Options will be next. I intend to trade in a self directed IRA, as well as regular. read more

The facility is well maintained and very nice, the instructors are very knowledgeable in teaching the course. I have better understanding of how to diversify my portfolio and lean options. I have learned a lot from the academy and hopefully I will keep more of my wealth bucket. read more
