I forgot to tell you I did it already.' That's when we discovered the initial damage. We learned a valuable lesson that week: always be home and always double-check. After the 2nd damage, he promised to return the next day to lay sod and repair it. We paid him via Zelle based on his word, but he never showed up. He has since completely ghosted our attempts to contact him. It's clear that listening, communication, and accountability are major weaknesses. He often confirmed service for one day but wouldn't show until another, without any communication on what's happening. For someone who says he does this full-time, the lack of follow-through and ownership for damages is concerning. Failing to correct your wrongs and mistakes is simply not great for business.
