This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The office staff consistently…read moretalked over me and seemed more interested in arguing than actually helping. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was connected to Jennifer, who finalized my order--but in hindsight, that should have been my first warning sign. I had multiple locations that require dumpster services, but I refuse to give business to a company that treats its customers so poorly. I was not informed of a key policy upfront, yet when I called for pickup, I was told I had been--which was simply not true. Gina later called to confirm they would pick up the dumpster the same day, which I appreciated. However, during that call, she asked me to take down my review because it was making the company "look bad." She also insisted that no one had been rude to me because she had listened to the calls. When I expressed that this was a dismissive response, she replied, "Well, there's no pleasing you." This showed a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Fortunately, I did not overfill the dumpster, but I do think they need to revise their guidelines on how much a 10-yard dumpster can realistically hold--it's very misleading. The one bright spot was Vito, who handled both the delivery and pickup. He was polite, answered all of my questions, and even apologized for the poor communication from the office staff. While I won't be using this company again, I sincerely hope they reconsider their approach to customer service. In today's world, a little kindness and respect go a long way--you never know what someone might be going through. I'm just one customer among thousands, but I hope my experience prompts some needed change.
