Ok, to start I never leave 1 , but I can't believe how unclean my apartment is after a supposed "deep cleaning." Showed up late, left early, ended up having to vacuum and dust after they left, and they had to return after I told the owner that the baseboards in my bedroom were left filthy. My things were not returned to how they were found and my kitchen floor was barely mopped. I work two job and I NEVER have anyone clean my apartment, but I only have one day off a week and for once, I didn't want to spend it cleaning. I paid what was owed because I didn't want no static with these strangers in my home, but I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. They're gonna tell you they are going to clean this, that, and the third, and proceed to do a half ass job. Going to have to find another service because this was not worth the money or time. UPDATE: After the owner decided to not take accountability for a terrible job, I will expand. I did say that an hour later would be great, not realizing that they would rush the job and still leave at the original time (when Carlos arrived, he told me that they would do two hours instead of three I was paying for because they had another job scheduled after and needed their "rest"). None of the shelves throughout my home were dusted. If I'm paying for a deep clean, why should I have to point out obvious dirt throughout my home. Clean EVERYTHING (which in this case includes surfaces and baseboards). When they came back to clean the baseboards in my bedroom, they literally did so without vacuuming the floor and just wiped across the board with a rag. I had to vacuum my rug and my floors because there was still debris on them throughout my apartment. So yes, Carlos, I did leave a one star review because you all did a terrible job. And yes, Carlos I leave a lot of reviews (most of which are pretty good). But you Carlos, and the two women with you, did not do a good job so maybe next time, do better, instead of talking my head off about what a great job you're gonna do. The customer shouldn't have to tell you to wipe down every surface and clean every baseboard in a deep clean. read more

Awesome cleaning service! I appreciate the work the Titanium Cleaning services did. Two women staff members were the main cleaners and did a fantastic job. Our apartment was so clean after they were done and they went fully out of their way to clean all the cracks and crevices around the apartment, when others have not. I am still giving them 5 stars because the cleaning was so perfect. But, they were not punctual and did not give a heads up that they would be over 30 minutes late. I had to reach out for an ETA. I figured I'd try somebody new, and after reading a couple different yelp reviews I decided to contact Carlos at titanium. right out of the gate response time was quick, and Carlos took the time to answer all my questions and ask all the right questions I guess to figure out what equipment tools and how much time he needed to do my car. I told him the situation the car recently bought used the person I purchased the car from. I could tell. Never even got car washes or a detail there was Pet hair everywhere and the car smell like smoke. I brought the car to the car wash couple times I had them vacuum it then I went to a self service car wash and I vacuumed it for about an hour and it wasn't getting much better. Make a long story short Carlos on the promise and over delivered. He took his time and meticulously went over the entire car. It literally looks like the car rolled off a brand new dealership floor. Came an hour late 12 instead of 11 a.m., as discussed and left early 30 mins. early. He said i would get 2 women and him. Got one woman who spoke no English. He half ass cleaned the terrace, w/a broken down vacuum cleaner, that kept clogging up. My home was filthy, and I had done some work b4 they arrived. Left streaks on all kitchen appliances, dust on counter top appliances and under my bed was disgusting, FRIDGE was suppose to be cleaned, never touched. THE whole conversation while here was a gotta get to Bklyn to my client. He was suppose to do all things I can not do for myself. Moping was half done, mirrors were streaked and all that for $160.
