I had a recent experience with this insurance agent that I would like to share. While I was…read moretraveling, one of his customers had a plumbing issue which caused extensive damage to our unit. After returning home, I went about the process of trying to piece everything together of what had happened. I received Keith's contact information from the upstairs neighbor whose unit had the plumbing issue. I reached out to Keith via phone, and email, just for a short discussion to determine the best path forward, because I had never been involved in this type of situation before, and because his customer was the one that had the issue. He didn't return my phone call, and seemed reluctant to share much information at all. Needless to say, I wasn't very impressed with his attitude toward the situation. The irony here is that I was actually thinking of shopping a couple of our policies, and with a minimal effort, he might have gained another customer and some future business.
