They explain everything to me and I know what I'm quoted is is honest, and i don't even bat an eye. I was recently in a nasty 3 car accident. They always handle the insurance for me and when I get my car back, it looks better than it did when I bought it! They wash and detail it as well as take out the extra dings or scratches at no charge. Their professionalism and kindness is always, always noted and so appreciated. I can't begin to sing the praises due Richard and his entire shop. I was inbound to Idaho Falls,…read moretwo days drive from home, and pulling 10k, when my F250 Powerstroke started to overheat bad. Four gallons of coolant later I limped into town and, after asking around and looking online, settled on Richard's. Even though he was backed up weeks out, he took pity on me and agreed to work me in his schedule. He was able to diagnose the problem and took care of it. Along the way he discovered two other significant issues-which, frankly, my usual mechanic should have found-and fixed them too. Without being asked he showed me what went wrong and where. As for pricing, he could have charged double and I wouldn't have blinked. I can't thank him enough for saving my bacon and vacation.
