I was told I needed a wheel alignment and agreed to have that done since there was one car on the rack and I was next. Four hours later the car was ready. As I was getting in the car, I saw a greasy hand print on the light colored fabric on the drivers seat. My radio station had been switched and no more than a block away my check engine light came on. I returned to Grease Monkey where I stayed for another hour as they tried to figure out what happened. After over an hour and no one making eye contact, a tech came out to tell me all of the screws in my air box were stripped and a new one would be ordered. They said they would order a new one and call me. I called the store mid week and asked if it was ordered and they said no. Was going to get ordered, I asked. We're talking about it was the reply. So, after five hours in their waiting room, over $250 spent, I have a car with a check engine light on, stained upholstery and a ruined airbox and the 4th of July weekend coming up. Things happen, but the lack of respect Grease Monkey has shown me as a customer and my car is unacceptable and disappointing.

I haven't hit any potholes or curbs and my car hasn't been in an accident. I don't drive the car very often so I can't understand why it would do that. We called Robison to see if there was any type of warranty since it has not even been a year since the replacement and they said they only warranty the seal around the windshield. They didn't even offer to look at it to see why it may have cracked like that which is very disappointing. We will find another auto glass company in the future.

I now know that this is a thing, but I was not prepared to pay 1100$ on a windshield change, when A1 windshield does all of it for only 600$. They also did a poor job on the windshield. The trim around the windshield is sticking out, and there was parts of it hanging on the inside of the car. Costumer service told me I should have caught all of that before hand.
