He took credit card info and told me it would be there in 2 weeks. I went in and picked up the vacuum which was still in packaging box. Got it home and unpacked it not realizing it was the wrong vacuum until I received bank statement. I was charged $179!! Of course upon picking up the vacuum I asked for a receipt and was told I would have to come back the next week? Anyway I called the store and was treated like crap and was told that they never had a vacuum st that price. Manager Dave told me same thing but he would call the manufacture and see what they say. Told Dave would take new unit, but now he refuses to do this. He refused to keep the one time used broken whacker. Felt the older return woman with all of her pins on her vest was not friendly and had to keep giving her my name about 10 times.
