The cab didn't show up for close to 30 minutes. The cab was disgusting inside and out. The seat cushions were torn up really badly and was filthy. Th backseat was covered in an old dirty sheet. When we sat down a plume of dust came out of the cab. My girlfriend had just finished her hair before we got into the cab. The cab driver had all the windows in the car down and the wind was messing up her hair. We asked the driver to roll up the windows and he pretended he didn't hear us. We asked him again 3 more times, pretty much shouting at the top of our lungs and he kept pretending he couldn't hear us. The driver told us that he knew where the address was but we put it into my phone GPS because we were running late and wanted to be sure. He drove past the location. We told him to turn around and he wouldn't do it. He promised us it wasn't where our GPS told us and was further down the road. We pleaded with him to turn around because we were late. After 5 minutes he finally listened to us and turned around. The location was exactly where the GPS said it was. We finally got out of the cab and we were charged $37 for a 6 mile cab ride.

Recently I had to go from Norfolk to Dulles airport and it was a last minute decision of mine and I had no idea how I would catch a last minute emergency flight, luckily I called up river city transportation and I was able to get to Dulles not only on time but way before to make sure I had all my things together for an emergency trip.
