Prior to both pick-ups I received an email in advance reminding me of time of pick-up. When the drivers were on-site they called to let me know that they were there and exactly where to find them. Both of the drivers were very professional, polite and helpful. They both arrived not only on-time, but a little earlier than the scheduled pick-up time. Virginia AirLink not only saved me money, but made my transportation needs easy, simple and enjoyable. It was one less thing to have to think about while traveling! We met at the international arrivals gate where the driver was holding a sign with my name. He took care of all my bags, and drove me home without incident. The driver was professional, courteous, and well-mannered. The shuttle itself was a large minivan that was comfortable, but I thought the upholstery could have been cleaner. I have no idea what happened in those 2 months that made the rate go up so dramatically. Also, the driver was 15 minutes late. No big deal for me, because I padded extra time in requesting my pickup time, but it might be a big deal to others. The green van in the photo is not the vehicle that picked me up. It was a very old, very battered unmarked Ford Explorer. Also, the driver never bothered to tell me either at the time of the reservation or at pick up that they accept cash only!! Despite all these negative points, the driver was very polite and professional. I would call them again unless I can find someone cheaper.

I then went into the building to see if the company was listed on the directory and to ask if anyone had heard of Freddy Go2. Again, no luck. I tried the customer service number for Freddy Go2 and eventually received a call back from Representative B. She said that Representative A had called in sick that morning but had asked that someone contact me to cancel the appointment. Representative B stated that she would find out what happened and call me back in 15 minutes. I had not heard from Representative B 4 hours later so I called back and was told that she was glad that I called because she had been unable to reach me. Really????? She said that Representative A was really upset that no one had contacted me and that she would be willing to meet me with a vehicle rather than having me come back out. I was to expect a call the following day when she returned to the office. After waiting 3 days and not receiving a call, I called back and spoke to Representative B. She said that Representative A was due back in the office that afternoon for the first time that week and would definitely be giving me a call. That was 4 days ago!!! I'm glad that this happened BEFORE I paid my deposit. Please imagine 15 people with luggage trying to make last minute arrangements at 5:00 am to get to the airport because the shuttle did not show up.
