I went to the store and asked if my iPhone 6+ from Verizon was locked. He said it was locked and will charge me $100++ and it will take up to 7 days to unlock it. I told him I'll get back to him. I went to a Verizon store and asked if the can unlock my phone, they said this phone is not lock. We have not locked our phone since iPhone 5 series. Bottom line is the company OnTimeRepair will cheat you out of your money. Do not trust what they say and get a 2nd Opinion in any work they will be doing for you. read more

I came here for a simple charging port replacement for my Google Pixel 2 XL, but got a broken screen, damaged motherboard, and cheaply produced charging port that functions more than 2 times worse than the original port. My phone was only 3 months old, but because the motherboard was damaged, I need to get a new one. Kevin, the person who """repaired""" my phone would not take responsibility for the damages he incurred. My phone costed $930. I can't believe I need to buy a new phone this soon. For any readers out there, do not come to this store: ITS A SCAM! The five star reviews for this service are fake. They were made by personal connections to the company. read more

Strongly not recommended. Do not do to this repair shop. When you ask if they can fix your cellphone of course they will say yes but when your phone is already with them they will hold it for long period of time and after 2-3 weeks they will not follow up with you until your pissed of, then you will be the one who will call them to find out what's going on. Unfortunately they will tell you they can't fix your phone. Very disappointing. The charges for repair is too high. I suggest just buy a new or used ones. P.S. To the Manager. I called in advance to get my iPhone XR fixed and I show up, Kevin takes my phone and says it'll be done in 20 minutes. I come back almost 40 minutes later and my phone is NOT FIXED! He told me they didn't have my screen. So pretty much wasted my time and I called in advanced. They knew what the needed and could've simply told me they didn't have it earlier. So I call again the next morning asking if they have the screen now and they did. I go in and Kevin says the same thing, in 20 min. This time I come back an hour later. And my phone is WORSE. After he tried fixing it only half of the screen work !!! So I had to leave it OVER NIGHT. This shop wasted a lot of my time. The only reason I did it here was because it was the cheapest but I mean I guess this is why... They fixed my phone but I definitely put up with a lot. Come at your own risk. read more

He messed up my brand new iPhone 8 Giving me defected screens Stealing my LCD protector and missing many screws inside the phone. I was only able to find this out because I went to a different repair store and informed me of the terrible job done. I paid for OEM parts and gave me aftermarket parts. He tried to charge 12% tax until I informed him of the sales tax in Los Angeles, He was cursing at me and speaking very rudely to me. I just replace my iPhone X screen in this location, when I walk into this store, I told them I want to replace an original factory screen, and he said Yes, we can replace with original factory screen for you. After I get my iPhone x back, I found out the screen he changes for me has several defects:1. the screen color is really different, and every time I touch my screen：Screen ghosting and every time I touch my screen to browse an app it reacts really slow. I check online it says this is not the original factory screen. Although this is a small problem, it is still deception. I hope relevant departments can control this issue. This is the worst place to get your phone fixed. The Sales/phone fixer name Kevin at first told me he has OEM parts (original Equipment Manufacturer) so I agreed, then he try charge me 12% TAX! And I corrected him what the TAX was. THEN he gives me a iPhone 7 Screen on my IPhone 8. Which kept freezing so I had to return and he gave me another screen which was defected! Also I find out he did not give me OEM parts which kept malfunctioning my phone. After the third time I went and said I would report him, he gave me an OEM Screen yet made it malfunction when used without a charger attached. Definitely as good as it gets! I hired OnTimeRepair to repair my Apple Ipad Air 2. I accidentally dropped my Ipad from countertop height with the charging cable plugged in, and the damage to my Ipad was that the Home Button was stuck, and was not able to function/be pressed down. Also, the charging port on the Ipad was bent, and I was not able to insert the cable into the Ipad port. I was a little sad after dropping it. But I was able to find OnTimeRepair on Yelp, and they were able to fix my Ipad to high satisfaction! I sent a quote request through Yelp, and Kevin was super responsive. Within the minute. When I explained my problem to to other businesses, they said they were not able to do it because it's high risk, and its possible the motherboard could be damaged. When I communicated with OnTimeRepair, they said to bring in the Ipad, and they will review and determine if they are able to fix it. I brought it in, I met Leo. He was very easy going and was able to review it and let me know they were able to repair it! I was happy about that. He gave me the process of what they were going to do, and quotes for the service and parts. He said it would be ready by the following day. Very fast turn-around!
