I came here to replace the screen on my iPhone 12 Pro. What most people don't realize is the 12 Pro comes with an OLED display slim bezels, bright colors, and true blacks. The shop tried to install a cheap LCD panel instead, which looked nothing like the original: thicker bezels, washed-out colors, and overall a huge downgrade. When I asked why, they admitted that's all they had, even though they'd asked me if I wanted "LCD or OLED" at the start. It felt like I was never given a real choice. I had them put my cracked OLED screen back on, because I'd rather keep a cracked original than a fake "replacement." If you don't know the difference between OLED and LCD, you might walk away happy just because your phone turns on but you're not getting what the iPhone 12 Pro was designed for. My advice: go to Apple or a repair shop that actually stocks proper OLED panels. read more

I visited on November 18, 2024. I know it's a late review, but they popped up on my Instagram and prompted me to leave feedback. I took my Switch in to get it fixed because I suspected the fan was the issue; it kept overheating. When I brought it in, they informed me they would charge for opening it up to diagnose the problem, which was fine with me. Later, they called me back and confirmed it was indeed the fan, and I agreed to have it replaced. I paid $82.13. I went back to pick it up, and it was working perfectly. However, as soon as I got home and plugged it in, it wouldn't charge. It had been charging perfectly fine beforehand, but somehow it stopped working after they opened it up. I tried multiple chargers, but nothing worked. I went back the same day--mind you, I live only three minutes away from the shop. I told them it wasn't charging anymore, and the guy's excuse was that they don't touch anything near the charging port. He suggested it was my fault and that something must have happened to it. I was confused about how my charging port could randomly stop working. The guy then said they could fix it for around $200, but at that point, I could have bought a brand new Switch. I declined their offer and was frustrated that I couldn't even get a full refund. They could have taken the fan back, and I wouldn't have cared. They said they could only give me back a partial refund due to labor costs. It was a terrible experience, and I lost everything on my Switch. read more

DOUBLE CHECK THEIR WORK!!! After a month i notice the screen is coming up. I can push it into the frame to sit flush and it comes up. I call and Mo answered told me bring it by. Unfortunately they're 35 min away so i wait. I go in Sat morn, another person attends me and takes a look. Quickly look up my service, i'm within their 90 day warranty. so he takes a look. 20-30 min later he tells me it's fixed the glue balled up a bit and he installed a new seal/glue anyways it's fixed HOWEVER HE SCRATCHED MY FRAME!!!! MAAAAN ALMOST PERFECT SERVICE BUT NOPE I had to drive out 2 times plus time spent there. 3 hours between both trips. My battery is fixed. My screen reglued correctly but my frame scratched now sooo yah not 5 star worthy 3.5 maybe? 4 only cause they honored their warranty with no trouble need better procedures cause making me come back for a new seal isn't right use a new one from the beginning please and why use a metal tool to pry open and then scratch the frame, you are supposed have better tools to suction the screen apart and not need to pry their warranty is 90 days and they quickly find you with cell # and honor it so kudos to that DOUBLE CHECK THEIR WORK!!! read more
