I escalated a delivery issue with OnTrac several days ago and got no resolution. My case was closed, and I was told to "contact the shipper," which doesn't fix the problem. The issue is with an OnTrac driver repeatedly delivering my packages to the wrong location. This has now happened with five separate shipments. I have no idea where these packages are, and I shouldn't have to search the neighborhood to do your driver's job. Customer support was ineffective--no attempt to recover the packages, no follow-up, and no effort to correct the ongoing issue. I also have more shipments on the way and zero confidence they'll be delivered correctly. If OnTrac is responsible for delivery, then it needs to take responsibility for its drivers. The worst Customer Service ever. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. I get a text message that it can't be delivered cause there's something wrong with my address that I need to contact them within three days but of course there's no contact information on the page so after searching I finally find a number that I can chat. The chat bot asked for my name, my email address, and the tracking number, which I provided then it asked for it again, then it asked for it again I finally said I wanted to speak to an agent. I waited for an agent to come onto the chat. The agent asked me for the same information which I provided again. Then she asked me what address was on the shipping label. If I had the package, we wouldn't even have been having this conversation. Then she asked me for my exact address, which I provided then she came back and said that is the address that they have on file so I asked why my package couldn't be delivered. She did not know. She said it would take one to two days reprocessing for the package to be delivered mind you it's 111° this week. I'll be at work and my package will sit outside. Nothing she can do about it so I filed a complaint about OnTrac with Sam's Club. They were very kind and gave me a refund for all the products one of which will have to be trashed because it's peanut butter and it'll be all melted by the time I get home. But more to the point find out why the driver could not deliver the package even though everything provided was correct. read more

This is the worst carrier out there hands down. I could not give them a NEGATIVE 10+ or I would! I ordered chocolate protein bars. They showed they arrived at their facility in Henderson NV and were out for delivery. I waited all day until about 4:45 then mysteriously...they have incorrect address info. They had the correct info it was just getting late and most likely their driver had to return to home base and put that as an excuse. Then I try to call in...well that doesn't exist you have to "Chat". I get someone on the chat, while I'm texting they hang up. I get back on with a Victoria and verified indeed they had the correct address. She then said another 2-3 days in this vegas Heat. I told her I am only available today yet they insist on sending it in 2-3 days. Things spoil quickly here if not delivered promptly. I then told her to cancel it. I emailed the vendor asked them to cancel and refund my money and as long as they use ON TRAC, I and everyone I know will not be patronizing them. It looks like they (the vendor) had a fabulous product. I don't need this crap, stress of this carrier in my life. I hope the word gets around and vendors STOP using them. They are run by morons. What a joke! Unfortunately had this vendor for a water heater that I ordered online from Home Depot. Not the greatest idea at all. What happened - Ordered system on a Monday. - Expected delivery Friday the first. - Delivered Saturday. Not bad right? Well, 1, if your expecting a delivery on a date provided 4 days prior, arrangements are made to accommodate that day. Meaning, I took off and stayed home. No contact at all. By 1400 I was already wondering where the heater was. 2, a confirmation of delivery date prior would have been great. If there was a delay, that would have been great to communicate to me about. NOTHING. 3, got an email saying will be delivered in the AM. So now need to rearrange the day to accommodate this delivery. The delivery Mind you, this is a water heater. Imagine the size of the box. So tell me, why did the driver ring my doorbell, walk away, then decided to leave the box in front of my garage door? He did not even put it in front of the camera. Then thought it was a great idea to walk away. No introduction, what he was there for, or any identification as to who or what he is there for. And when asked, said 'I do not want to give that info' Asked his company. 'I do not have to tell you' So my question is, how do I know what the he'll your doing at my house, dropping a huge package off away from camera view and in front of the house where everyone can see. My dog is 15 1/2 and in Stage 4 kidney disease. I live in a gated community with NO GATE CODE because we have a guard gate. I made the "mistake" of signing up for delivery notifications and On-Track saw that and decided to use it to contact me at the end of the day to tell me to contact them because I didn't put in my "gate code" with my order. THE COWARDS DID NOT HAVE THE GUTS TO CALL ME!!! They've obviously done this as an excuse not to deliver to me at the end of the day. I did receive a text saying they didn't have a complete address but when I spoke (chat) with customer service they had the correct address. They the told me it would be a couple of days to reissue my package even though there was no reason my package wasn't delivered in the first place. Witnessed the delivery van hit my neighbor's car this morning at 11:15am. Driver did not stop and left the scene. Damaged the entire back hatch of my neighbor's car and broke the tail light on the delivery van. Have tried multiple attempts at calling customer service; I am directed to their online service and then the call ends. I went out get keys and the package is. there no keys. So i look through all the bags i brought into the house, nothing checked outside. they are gone. my house key,carkey mailbox key. Best Buy used this company, and I have a video of the delivery driver throwing it over my house gate. The house gate was also slightly open, so he could have gotten through if he had pushed the gate open. The box also said electronics on it! We run an online business selling consumer's product. We had tons of packages for OnTrac to pick up. Tried to get them to pick up for 3 days now and multiple "Miss pick-up" filed and still this terminal does not make any effort to come pick up our packages nor do they call me. (Customer rep kept emailing terminal and even provided my phone number but they don't make any effort to contact me or tell me what is going on) Now we have a lot of late packages to customer. We had to change all the labels to USPS/UPS. OnTrac shipping is cheap that why we use them but now I am second guessing myself whether or not to keep using them. Do not order from TEMU or ONTRAC delivery service. I ordered two orders totaling 60$ and did not receive the items and the proof of delivery photos show a bunch oof trash in a shopping cart.
