    If I could give 0 stars I would. The delivery idiot tossed my package & broken the contents inside.

    This is my package being lost at their facility but they refuse to admit it.

    This has to be the absolute worst delivery company around. There's no way to talk to anyone. The phone number listed doesn't go through. I had 2 packages arrive at this Henderson facility from the same company on the same day. One got delivered, the other is is limbo for the last 4 days. I created a case and was told to be patient because they're busy. You also can't go to the facility to pick up your package. How the heck is this place still in business?

    What a joke! Unfortunately had this vendor for a water heater that I ordered online from Home Depot. Not the greatest idea at all. What happened - Ordered system on a Monday. - Expected delivery Friday the first. - Delivered Saturday. Not bad right? Well, 1, if your expecting a delivery on a date provided 4 days prior, arrangements are made to accommodate that day. Meaning, I took off and stayed home. No contact at all. By 1400 I was already wondering where the heater was. 2, a confirmation of delivery date prior would have been great. If there was a delay, that would have been great to communicate to me about. NOTHING. 3, got an email saying will be delivered in the AM. So now need to rearrange the day to accommodate this delivery. The delivery Mind you, this is a water heater. Imagine the size of the box. So tell me, why did the driver ring my doorbell, walk away, then decided to leave the box in front of my garage door? He did not even put it in front of the camera. Then thought it was a great idea to walk away. No introduction, what he was there for, or any identification as to who or what he is there for. And when asked, said 'I do not want to give that info' Asked his company. 'I do not have to tell you' So my question is, how do I know what the he'll your doing at my house, dropping a huge package off away from camera view and in front of the house where everyone can see. Not so smart seeing as, it's season time and people look for things to take. Because he was so sarcastic and rude, I canceled the order. What I do jot get is, no documentation?! No name, no proof of anything?! Then driver tells me he is not worried about anything? Wow! This will hit corporate. People should be able to verify anyone or anything coming to thier home. Home Depot should think twice using a 3rd party that cares nothing for thier customers. This totally the reason why the vehicle does not have any markings. Guess what, I see you.

    When you're just a horrible business and already got tons of reviews ragarding your bad service, horrible job, miserable customer service that you don't even bother trying doing your job right at all. If I could I would never choose them or trust them to deliver anything. They carelessly shoved a box full of food and dry ice upside-down inside the locker because they're too lazy to bring it up stairs where it should be. I had a very hard time wiggling it out. I mean nobody needs to suffer because you're miserable and hate your job so much.

    The driver was very incompetent. Ontrac said that the driver delivered my package to my residence and the driver lied to his company.

    My friend is celebrating her birthday in Vegas. Like others she has had a rough year. I contacted…read morethis business because I wanted to surprise her. I loved the ease of the transaction. Once I initiated contact through Yelp, I was sent a text message. I explained that I wanted 10 balloons in different variations of pink(particularly hot pink since that is her favorite color) and six pink cupcakes (photos attached). I also specifically said that I wanted the items delivered at 6:30 PM. We agreed, and I was quoted delivery, gratuity ($50), and $52 for the cupcakes and balloons, for a total of $102. I actually don't have a problem with the delivery or gratuity charge. I'm paying for convenience and execution--and those charges were transparent. Execution is where the process fell short. (1) The delivery person called my friend at 11AM. Huh? That wasn't part of the plan and ruined the surprise element. That's not why I shared her number. (2) The items were left on the doorstep at 4 PM; we agreed to 6:30 PM?!! (3) I was never sent a confirmation. (4) I finally had to (tackily) ask my friend if she received the items and asked if she would send me photos (because now I was suspicious). The cupcakes are cute, but do not look like they could've cost $3.67 each ($22 total). The balloons did not have hot pink at all, and I'm pretty sure they came from the dollar store, so $11 with tax, not $30. I would've still paid the delivery and gratuity, just don't upcharge me. I was working from trust, and I'm deeply disappointed. If/when you use this service, either make sure you know exactly how much your item costs or ask for an itemized receipt before you use this service. I was hoping to lean on their familiarity with the area--you shouldn't. Additionally, just know that you won't get a confirmation of delivery of your items and the items may not be delivered as agreed. ****UPDATE**** Please see the owner's response below. I appreciate the detailed response (albeit after my review, otherwise, I would not have known anyone of this from the business) and only wish all of this would have been communicated to me (prior and during)--the change in delivery time, the itemized cost, including where the items were purchased from. Had I received any of the info written in the owner's response I wouldn't have been surprised, and would've known what I paid for. Instead, I got that info from my friend, the recipient. I even waited two days after before writing my review. No confirmation. You can see in my initial review that I NEVER say, "don't do business with this company," only to verify the aforementioned. I'll reiterate the ease of the transaction was great; the process would've been improved with providing the now listed details below (including where the the items came from and cost, and change of delivery time). An actual receipt for the items I paid for, but trusted the business to purchase would've been even better. This wouldn't be necessary if I knew where I was buying from and the cost prior. Calling so the receiver is not alarmed makes sense, but I still don't understand renegotiating the time I originally set; still it's a small detail and if it worked for everyone, great! I have updated my rating.
