I was over here trying to make Some copies when this older lady came into the store and asked us man how much was it to send some faxes he told her it's two dollars for the first page and a dollar for every paid after that and this lady had a stack of papers. I decided to open a PO Box approximately around May/June. I paid 3 months, to the best of my knowledge I was not informed on if I'm past due that I can place it on hold, no fee but will have to pay for September and October so then I didn't want that. Based on the new information that I'm aware of, and I was not expecting the owner to be very disrespectful. She called as a " Courtesy ". My due date was 9/7/23 from what she has informed me and I didn't disagree... That would be after 3 months if its June that I opened the box. After some time the owner gets very annoyed, irritated and enforced declaring that is what I signed on the contract. After being confused, I simply just stated that I don't recall that. Her response was "well that's not true, it's on the contract that you signed and it was explained to". I kept getting interrupted or cutoff, and i started to feel harassed. All I wanted was to be spoken respectfully and come to a resolution. Instead she assumed I had questions if I'm not making a decision on what to do. She even stayed on the phone call I recorded that "what is it that you don't understand " "what are your questions that you want answered because I'm busy and have work to do"... I decided it was best to just let her talk and not cut her off. Instead of coming to an agreement after still giving an honest answer that I can't clarify or even remember, she hangs up. after 2 attempts she does not answer the phone. After careful consideration, I don't recommend coming here. I have loved coming her for my postal services... I have lived in Las Vegas for 18 years. This was my go to place. I just don't understand how a courtesy call would be so late.. I would have appreciated a call in September after the due date... she even assumed I'm trying to get free service.. I don't understand how that works when I can't even go to pick it up or pay for it.. that's why I decided to do the 3 months... I even told her that I would love to pay as long as their no accumulated fees. To allow me some time to be able to pay but that's not the case because they aren't lenient to that. I had never received such service.. they have no empathy for people who are going through hard times... It really disappoints me not being able pay but I shoul not have been spoken that way. I personally don't recommend this place if it's your first time. have a friend go with you or one of their clients. Ensure you don't get disrespected like I have. if you have questions, please ask someone else or family. Otherwise they may just get annoyed or irritated. I really didn't appreciate the tone she had, she raised her voice, had no empathy, rude and annoyed. If they do review this, Please have someone else handle the calls whose experience with customer service. Do not assume someone wants free service after they tell you they aren't financially stable. Respectfully offer to Close the box and look forward to doing buisness with them in the future. Do not allow them to sign until they know if they either hold or close the box, their mail will be ok hold for 6 months. no one should have to go through that and miss important mail they may receive. this affects them financially and obtaining late fees. If you will not be liable to delaying their mail then you should not offer a po box. do not let them sign the contrac. also do not issue keys anymore for a key that does not get used. $5 isn't worth it. Hopefully after my experience and review you will take into consideration more appropriate measures. be respectful, listen to your customers, and be patient. read more

Let me start off by saying, I have been a customer of ASAP Mail and Copy for 28 years! The current owner took over this business in 2020. I am reducing my review score from 5 stars to one star.. This is because poor customer service and rapidly rising prices has convinced me to leave this business after 28 years. In a previous Google review I noticed the owner stating he has been at this location for 30 years (See the Hello Kitty review and the owners own words.) ASAP mailing copy has been here that long, but not under this owner. Read the recent 1 star reviews. I am not the only one dropping support of this business. Here is an example of why I'm leaving: From 1993 to 2020 my mailbox ranged from $100 to $120 per year. The current owner has raised the mailbox price to $156. If I were the owner of this business, I would give a loyalty discount to a person who has served the business for 28 years. I would also try and develop a relationship, with the customer, hoping they would accept me as a new owner. Not happening here. At least a far as our business relationship. I've been going to this place for over 30 years, the people have always been friendly and accommodating. I know the lady who owned it recently retired and sold the business. I went in the other day to mail a box. Nobody said hello, the girl who was working there didn't know what she was doing , I think the new owner was there also and didn't acknowledge anyone in line or even come out to help the girl. He walked around talking on his phone, I waited for twenty mins to get help and there was only one person ahead of me. To top it all off, they were NOT wearing masks, even though it's government mandated at the time. It's so sad because this was a good business, I guarantee they're gonna lose a lot of customers. Carol and Denise will shop for the best price as well as carry all the supplies to package your items if you happen to need a different size box to save you on shipping. I have rented a box here since 2010. I shop online quite a bit (like most do nowadays) and found it a lot more convenient and safer to receive items this way. As opposed to a package left outside your door or undeliverable and getting the dreaded slip to go to your nearest post office. hahaha They sign for my packages while I'm at work and I have never had an issue with damaged, lost mail or packages. I just recently called about an order to see if it had come in yet, and was received with a very rude response to my simple question. When I was asked about the qr code for the package, there was no patience what so ever, even while I had been genuinely confused about what he had meant by what he had been mentioning. He ended up hanging up, without even responding to my question. Calling around to set up rental postal boxes for my business and the older woman who answered didn't seem to know what to do. I asked for pricing she tells me they need two forms of ID. We get to pricing which is reasonable but I'm afraid the customer service would cause unnecessary frustration that you won't have to endure anywhere else. I asked a standard question that every place in this country was able to answer but this place. I asked for the measurements of the box. She said she doesn't know that I could come look......i asked if they had the information on the sizes (I don't have time to come look at boxes that's what you're being paid to do) and that I called her at a bad time and that she was busy helping a customer. Horrible customer service lol I don't recommend anyone running a business in 2021 to rent from a place stuck in 1950. I'll pay a little more at UPS but I know their customer service is always on point and accurate. Ended up leasing 5 large mailboxes at a local UPS and very happy with the experience. This place is most efficient when taking care of their customers. All so very helpful and friendly, unlike a lot of post offices. They have a notary public on the premises AND a little candy and soda section. Lots of mailboxes should you need to rent one, and even have greeting cards in case you forgot yours. We were waiting to be helped. One young lady was helping a customer and the older gray haired lady was just standing chit chatting away with a lady. No transaction had been completed while we were there. So we had to wait till the young lady was done with customer she was assisting. As we were being helped the gray haired older lady said her goodbyes to the person she was in a conversation with. Couldn't even tell us someone will be right with you. It was a bad experience . We mailed a package of valentine goods to our kids. We told her if it would get there by v-day and she told us for $5 more I guarantee it to get there. Guess what it didn't arrive till the day after. Was a pretty bad experience that time. During Christmas we mailed out packages there and the lady who helped us was wonderful and awesome customer service. The other 2 need to pick up some good pointers from the awesome lady. read more
