I ordered a few packages from Newegg. I never heard of this company before this so I looked up the reviews and couldn't believe it. I thought I was going to have a horrible time dealing with this company. but to my surprise(after reading the reviews) all three packages(separate delivery times) were delivered by 1pm on the day scheduled. all of my packages were perfectly intact(and two of them were semi fragile) and undamaged. as long as they keep up this service for me I have no problem with them. only thing I didn't like was there tracking updates, one of my packages had no updates until it was out for delivery. read more

Ordered parts from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC in Payson, Utah. The parts only needed to be delivered to Tooele, Utah, less than 100 miles away. OnTrac's documentation stated my package would arrive on 8-28-2026; well, that didn't happen. The OnTrac website indicated the package was loaded on the truck in Salt Lake City at 10:44am on 8/28/2026. It's less than 30 miles from Salt Lake City to Tooele. How does a delivery company not complete such a short, simple, delivery; and why don't they provide accurate, timely, honest information on their website instead of using a shoddy AI chat bot that provides little to no information? Vendors and businesses do yourselves and customers a favor, don't use OnTrac, instead use a reputable company such as: USPS, UPS or FedEx, your customers will appreciate it. read more

They keep taking the easy way out I don't know if they don't speak English or read English but they can't follow directions. I am a 77 year old woman and I am unable to carry packages and put signature required on them they still put my packages in the locker in the mail room. So they bring it in on a dolly but expect me to carry it to my apartment. I had questions about a delivery I was receiving tomorrow. OnTrac doesn't give a telephone number on their website that you can call. I started an online chat with a robot. After a few questions that weren't relevant to what I needed, it asked me if I wanted to contact a support agent (which I did, this was complicated and I needed to speak with a human). After waiting a few minutes, "Priscilla" came on the chat. The answers still weren't what a human would give. At the end of the chat (which "she" ended, not me), I decided to copy the whole chat in case my package went missing (I had one stolen on April 30, 2025, even though the driver left a photo). When I pasted the chat into a document, what you don't see during the chat is this "Message from bot" every time it answers you and the answer isn't relevant to the situation. This is when I'm supposed to be chatting with a human so OnTrac is not honest with customers, they're using bots even though they tell you they'll connect you with a representative. I asked three times before the "conversation" was ended "Are you a bot?" It ignored me and the last time I asked, I got this message: "Message from bot Priscilla has ended the conversation Jun 25 at 4:27 PM" So now you know. read more

We tried and tried to reach them as we needed these important medical supplies, there was nothing we could do to reach Ontrac. Horrible experience. The driver left our package at our retail shop at the front door even though we were closed. Had over $1300 worth of items in it that could have been stolen and never seen again. Had a package stolen from my mailroom because they didn't put the package in the locker or take it up an elevator to my unit. The package could've easily fit in the locker which they said they put it in at the time of delivery. When trying to contact someone there's no number displayed on their website so you're forced to start a chat. After I got a representative to chat with they sent me two responses because the first one was for a different chat................. and then ended the chat shortly after not answering any of my follow up questions. I had two packages from Home Depot arriving yesterday. One was delivered the other was not, although it was annotated as "Refused or returned" even though we were home and have a Ring doorbell camera!! The driver who delivered the first package was rather overweight, and rather than bend over, he dropped the package from waist height onto our concrete porch. I'm guessing he found our second package in his beater car at the end of his shift and decided to mark it as refused!! He should be fired!! On 1/5/25 They delivered my package to an address that's 25 minutes south on i-15 from where I'm actually at. The address is CORRECT on the package. There's an address in the same city as me with a similar address so I find myself complaining about misdeliveries a lot, but it being delivered to a city over 20 miles away? These guy's really just don't care. We get the notifications that our package has been delivered, and then walk the neighborhood to see which house they delivered to. All the houses have their numbers clearly displayed, but OnTrac doesn't seem to look. GoogleMaps and AppleMaps don't always have the exact house correct. It's as simple as matching the numbers on the package to the numbers on the house.... And in a perfect world, they would put it on the porch too, not just throw it out the door of their truck. Adding to the bad reviews. I didn't choose the delivery company. Columbia Sportwear did. A truck was supposedly "geolocated" in my area which apparently "proves" a package was delivered. They don't care that no delivery is on my camera, that I was home, my dog did not bark, my granddaughters did not freak out when my motion detector should have gone off, and that my son-in-law did not see a package on the porch when he came in within an hour after the delivery. AND the Columbia delivery page shows it was delivered at 5pm, then at 9pm claims there was a problem, then claims it was delivered at 10 AGAIN. Both companies have done multiple levels of investigations, over weeks, which end with emails saying the case is closed. Phone calls start nicely but end with - nothing can be done. I have filed fraud with the police and my bank. read more

The courrier left the package in my building's secure package locker. The box itself arrived in near-perfect condition with only two tiny dings on the side. I had ordered a package with 2 day shipping and on a Friday, it was "out for delivery", it never delivered and my address was marked as "not accessible" and the package was back "in transit". Mind you, I don't live in any new area or an apartment. My house is easily GPS'd and it's been there for at least 9 years. Any person with a functioning brain can find it. Whatever. I decided it was fine to wait. Monday came around and it never updated to "out for delivery" again. I called to see what was going on and was told a driver marked it to be delivered today but didn't put the package on her truck. Okay. So I asked to pick it up. Rep said I'd get a call back in an hour when it's ready. Three hours go by, no call. So I call again. This rep was brutally honest which I genuinely appreciated because she didn't waste my time trying to make excuses. She basically told me they couldn't find my package, they have no idea where it is, and I should probably just file a report with the seller because they most likely won't find it. From what I'm seeing in the reviews, it's pretty damn clear that the drivers are stealing packages for themselves. I refuse to even use 2 day shipping now for fear that it'll get shipped through OnTrac. Thank god Sephora has a good return policy or else I'd be raising hell. They send t their drivers off with vans so full you can't even see out the windows. They sat on my package for 3 days. And then told me to wait again until Monday. There's a reason these buffoons have a one star rating. I live in a gated community in Wanship, Utah. Some months ago this company started making deliveries to our community and we have had nothing but problems since. Somehow their lazy, imbecilic drivers think it is OK to just drop off the packages out in the open by our front gate, where anyone driving by on the state highway we're on (State Highway 32) could easily see them and steal them. USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL and others all deliver here, but only OnTrac's idiot drivers somehow think this is OK. Today ANOTHER one of my packages was left outside the gate, alongside one for a neighbor. And BTW, this was only a few feet form the keypad that is used of visitors to gain access to the subdivision, but apparently that would just be too much trouble. I complained to the local office here when this started but it has continued unabated, so it is clear that management doesn't care anymore about customer service than the drivers do. So I have contacted the retailers that use them and advised them I will no longer order anything for delivery from them as long as they continue to use On Trac. Maybe if their customers get enough complaints they'll thankfully be driven out of business. read more

Amazon recently started using OnTrac to deliver orders in my area. On average, we place 3 to 4 orders from Amazon per week. For the last month of orders, not one item, delivered by OnTrac, has shown up on time. Even when we specifically identify the date the item is needed, sometimes paying for expedited delivery, the item is still late. Interesting note: Amazon's system shows the correct date but if you click through to the OnTrac tracking site, the delivery date is always later than Amazon's. We have brought this to Amazon's attention but based on the reviews... we are not hopeful this will be fixed. For now, we wait for the delivery service to be assigned and then cancel the order if it is OnTrac. Update: If you call Amazon and complain... they will remove OnTrac as a delivery option from your account. read more

Absolute mess of a company. On time delivery, what a goal for them. I was supposed to have my item two days ago and have consistently called support to figure out what was wrong, they have been - for the most part - helpful, but still no package. I've been promised delivery time over and over and still nothing. My address has issues since it is new construction, but when I give someone details of how to get there as well as an address that GPS can use to get you to my new neighborhood, it should be easy. USPS, UPS, and FedEx have all figured it out. Tonight the customer service agent was using lefts and rights to try to figure out where my house was, and I stated, "south of _________" and listed the building and business right next to my new home. He couldn't understand what I was saying. We were both looking at google maps, and I said, see that field? That's where my house is... still didn't get how he could give instruction to the driver about that. The thing that gets me more than anything is that the driver has my phone number - CALL ME! The other 2 times, I never got my package. One time they said the driver couldn't find the house so he dumped it in the hay field. WTH?? How can he NOT SEE the house!!! WE live in a 2 acre neighborhood. BIG addresses on the houses. Who are these drivers??? So this time, AGAIN, no delivery but the tracking said, "delivered on door step." NOT THERE. I contact by phone and always get a very nice representative so I have to give the person in the office 5 stars. They are always sympathetic and do what they can do.
