I had an issue with some of my packages that were marked as undeliverable. I went to the post office to see if they could help me figure out why, and Amy (possibly the manager) was so incredibly kind helpful. I also saw her help a customer with postage stamps, and it made me feel the holiday spirit! I was standing in a super long line because it was around the holidays, and she immediately helped me because I did not have to ship a package and she was able to fix my issue immediately. I hope Amy is recognized for her incredible customer service and kind heart. Her coworkers are lucky that they get to work with her, and I am thrilled that she is at my local post office.

Always great customer service, although the line is usually very long to ship anything out. The way around this is by obtaining your own label printer and packaging materials so you can skip the wait and drop off your packages in the drop box. The clerks really take their time with each customer, which can be seen as a good or bad thing, depending on your perspective; but I appreciate the quality customer service and attentiveness to care!

Acrimony and enmity await you at the counter!

Okay, I understand it's hard working for the post office. And I know that people expect their mail to be delivered within a reasonable time. But if you work at the Sugarhouse post office and make no effort to hide how much disdain you have for the customers, then please, please find another job. And if you constantly half-a** your job (no, it's more like 1/8 a** your job), vocally complain about your duties in front of customers, and demonstrate your complete apathy at work, go work somewhere with no public interaction. May I suggest the housekeeping or truck driving field?

I really like this post office. The service is generally slow, but they're consistently nice and helpful.

A prime location just off the heart of sugarhood. Ample parking. Service was competent and even friendly.

Machine jammed and touch screen barely works. The girl at the front desk was rude and unhelpful.

I might never see her again, but I'll always remember her kindness and efficiency . This store has actually helped me a lot over the years and never charged me that much at all! I was telling my son today: when we need to buy office supplies , it might be time to get over here instead of clicking buttons online !!!

WHICH because of that woman (rhymes with Witch is more accurate) as I needed one. HOWEVER after drinking my Pepsi all night long, I needed to make a trip to the facilities. I was refused access as there were NO public bathrooms! I pointed out that I had just SPENT money there AND a good deal more in the past! All to NO avail! SO I DO have a three hole punch now . . . BUT from Target, NOT Office Depot! I do NOT ever intend to go there again as CLEARLY I am NOT wanted there! So I will respect (something they do NOT know anything about!) their wishes from here on out and NOT bother them again! I will add in closing that I am nearly 67 years of age, hardly a street bum, but I SURE was treated like one being given the bums rush and all! I do want to add that not all their staff is so rude, but when the manager is that AND more, THAT's is SAD! I will add that I have been in customer service since 1975! So I DO know how to take care of customers, and I NEVER treat mine like that character did me! Good bye and good riddance! You'll be happy to know that I will NOT ever bother you again! Please take a VERY long walk on a VERY short pier lady! And I use that term VERY loosely, but I am trying hard to keep this G rated!
