They hardly ever answer the phone, when they do they tell you to just wait until 8pm. It's always the same person that answers the phone, it's like a one man show sort of company. I'm not sure what measures they take to make sure their drivers I use proper measures to sanitize since this company is like an Uber delivery service, they have drivers that volunteer if they want to work that day. We are very pleased to have J&R Xpress as a service at our finger tips. They are always quick to answer the phone, super polite and efficient! We are probably on the list for being their most impatient customer, and they always give us a pin point location for where the driver is when we call to see how long before our delivery comes. They are consistent with their time frames, and we know what to expect when working with them. We are more than pleased with their service, and us them for all our local shipments now. As a full time mom and teacher, it is hard to find time to drop packages off during buisness hours, so the Roy location was the perfect stop for me when I was living at my last house about ten minutes south of here. I ended up moving further south, and the post office near me doesn't allow for any packages or mail to be dropped off, so I'll often times drive 45 minutes or so out of my way just to drop larger packages off here. Thank you Roy PO for keeping your doors open all hours of the night, and getting our mail out and to your city so efficently!
