The nail tech didn't seem to know what she was doing but it didn't turn out bad. However, I told Frankie who did my pedicure that I wanted the $35 pedicure. I even showed him the picture on the brochure. I am a retired sr and have to account for all of my extras. So it was a SHOCK when they told me my pedicure was $55!! I guess he used a gel but no he did not tell me or ask me about it. I was so upset. Even the dip was $50 instead of $45. It seems like this place just tries to steal money from their customers. I normally leave a $20 tip but I couldn't today because of the overcharge. This is definitely the LAST time I will visit them!

The other owner got on the phone and basically attacked me, very unprofessionally, for "giving his lash girls a hard time while he was trying to get out to see a sick relative." So he decides to call ME back when he is trying to get out to see a sick relative instead of waiting until Monday and handling this professionally? Really? And... who's decision was that? So that was the reason he gave for his bad attitude that he took out on a new client who spent over $600 on the two services I did with them. NOTHING is worth being spoken to and treated this way. It was also their scheduling limitations that caused the issue in the first place. They lost a good client and I wish I had not spent all that money with them. I'd never go back, do NOT recommend this place for anything and I feel sorry for Alex.

Originally, I left a review saying I was a little disappointed with my experience. Less than twenty four hours after posting it, the girl reached back out and was very apologetic and kind! She offered to fix anything missed. In all honesty, I never expected to get a response for a review - it's never happened to me before haha! I think this is a cute little spa, and the customer service is beyond what I could have asked! I will definitely consider coming back!!
