I made my initial appointment and the week before that appointment, I received a call from the office that they had to cancel because the woman who did the laser hair removal had walked out and they had no one to replace her at the time. I proceeded to make a few appointments after that and each time as the appointment was approaching I was called and told that they had no on to do it. They then told me that they would call me whenever they had technician again. I never received that call. Several months later I became pregnant and was unable to do the do them, however the spa still had never called me anyways. I am now trying to book an appointment to start the past packages and am being told that they have expired. When I told her that I had appointments scheduled for months in a row that were cancelled by the spa, to no fault of my own, and the form I filled out in 2021 online when I bought the packages said nothing about an expiration date (I kept screenshots for my records since I was spending several hundred dollars online for these packages), she said there was nothing they could do. This is very unprofessional and they have basically stolen several hundred of dollars from me as I was never able to use a single appointment due to their spa canceling on me.

I love the peaceful grounding vibes throughout the place from the different treatment rooms, cozy quiet space (waiting area), aromas, coffee and tea bar and serene music playing. I like how a robe and slippers are provided to relax in. It definitely has a very fancy vibe which I wasn't sure about at first, but the whole experience has been good! Everyone is excellent at what they do. I highly recommend and will be saving up to come back again. Im honored to have them be the ones who were the first in allowing me experience these things.

When the receptionist finally got off the phone, she informed my wife that one of the massage therapists didn't come in today. I booked the appointment and nobody called to inform me that they were cancelled. I paid for the massages and tip by card when I made the appointment. If they hadn't shown up, I would have expected to pay a cancellation fee. As it is, instead of finding a spa worthy of the name, we were all disappointed to find that the Rose is a such a poorly run operation.
