Contacted Onyx late afternoon, spoke with Moses regarding a door with broken rollers and not really operational. He came out that same evening didn't just fix the broken rollers but installed a new set for the door . Much quieter now and works smoothly. He also noticed the opener was not properly braced fixed that and adjusted the belt and ensured the door was good to go. No bait and switch or extra trip charges. Highly recommend them. read more
