She charged me an extra 20$ delivery fee for my mom's address. Which is fine but she kept mentioning how far my mom lived. If you didn't want to deliver there then you shouldn't have agreed to it. Friday rolled around and they were not delivered. I called about 1 on Saturday and the lady I spoke with said they were starting their deliveries in a few hours they just were really busy. Not a problem. 7 o'clock came and still no flowers. I did have a missed call from a Juan around 3:30 (no voicemail, assumed spam. I live out of state) I called the number back and it was the delivery driver. She told me she was instructed to return the flowers per the owner of the flower shop. Not sure why the flowers weren't just left on the porch? She told me she doesn't know SHE JUST WORKS THERE. If you are trying to deliver flowers that someone paid for out of state why wouldn't you leave a message? She said she tried to call my mom and my brother which I instructed not to since she had just had surgery and they were both in the hospital. Leave a message or leave the flowers. If you do not leave flowers on deliveries you should state that in your fine print. The next day Sunday and Monday the flower shop was closed so I could not speak with anyone in regard to flower arrangement. Tuesday when they reopened, I called numerous times and my calls were declined. I had my sister-in-law, who lives in Keno, call to see if someone would answer the line. The call was picked up right away. She asked if the manager could call me to discuss the delivery/cancellation. Her or I NEVER received a phone call. My sister-in-law ended up going in the store after waiting an hour is so to see if she can pick up the arrangement. The manager never showed up to the store. The employee who delivered the arrangement was there. She said my arrangement was no longer available and they had to remake it. Why was it no longer available if you were closed the last 2 days? Where was it? The employee started grabbing all different types of flowers ( not the flowers I ordered) to remake the arrangement. I was on FaceTime with her when she instructed the employee that was not necessary and that I wanted a refund. The employee told her she understood and said she would process the refund with her manager. I have yet to see the refund. I still have yet to receive a phone call from the store in regard to the refund for my arrangement. It's been over a month. I'm disputing the charge on my card and now the store is disputing my dispute! Absolutely ridiculous!

I reached out to the owner who placed the blame on myself accusing me of not watering them. Shame on her! I sent photos and again no accountability on her part. So save yourself $200 and pick up some flowers at Safeway, they will last longer and not cost a fortune. To my fellow STM community, if I could give ZERO stars I would!!

I took my grandson to the Trunk or Treat & we rode on the hay wagon. The nicest man drove the tractor & was very caring to make sure everyone was having a safe ride. The inventory of the nursery is top notch. You can tell the whole place is coming alive. That is what Klamath Falls needs.... A business that cares about their customers! I said to make it an even $60 arrangement and requested some fern leaves and purples be included...she mentioned hydrangeas (which I love) as being one she could add in. I also requested a square vase as in the photo I was looking at and she assured me she had those. The delivery arrived today and is NOTHING like we discussed. Round vase, no hydrangeas, no fern leaves. It looks like they picked weeds from the roadside and threw them in water. It is NOT what we talked about. I've left a voice mail but didn't find out about the reality of the order until the shop was already closed. The website leaves no place to review or message them unless you sign up and order something online from them and I was unable to find them on a FB page. Won't use them again.

We wanted a beautiful, elegant service to celebrate a life well lived. The flowers were so much more beautiful than I could've ever imagined! This is the first time I used this florist, but I promise it won't be my last! Everything Megan put together for the service was absolutely gorgeous and perfectly fresh! I'm thrilled with the attention and service we received. The gardenias (that had to be imported) were as perfect, fragrant, and as incredible as I've ever seen in my life!
