I ordered flowers over the phone and referred the florist to one of their online flower arrangements as a guide. She pulled up the photo, said that was a $55 arrangement. I said to make it an even $60 arrangement and requested some fern leaves and purples be included...she mentioned hydrangeas (which I love) as being one she could add in. I also requested a square vase as in the photo I was looking at and she assured me she had those. The delivery arrived today and is NOTHING like we discussed. Round vase, no hydrangeas, no fern leaves. It looks like they picked weeds from the roadside and threw them in water. It is NOT what we talked about. I've left a voice mail but didn't find out about the reality of the order until the shop was already closed. The website leaves no place to review or message them unless you sign up and order something online from them and I was unable to find them on a FB page. Won't use them again. read more

My friend in Santa Rosa sent me a bouquet through your business. It was delivered on April 27, 2021. Some of the flowers were wilting already, and I added water everyday. Now on day three, it is a pathetic site. The flowers are wilted and doing U turns. Others wilted before the blooms opened. I've called the phone number listed on your business card and have left three messages with no return call. read more

I found the shop to be charming and the woman who helped me was very attentive. I wanted to bring flowers to my mom in the hospital and she helped me pick out a beautiful arrangement with my mom's favorite colors. (The bouquet lasted a long time.) I liked that the flowers were not the typical grocery store variety. Apparently they were picked fresh that morning from a nearby farm! She also suggested that I could bring in my own vase next time to save money. They also carry wonderful truffles there from The local chocolatier: Brandon's Chocolates. I got two of them for myself. Visiting the hospital can be stressful and this stop made it all so much easier. :) read more

I ordered from out of state, and they did same-day delivery, and flowers were beautiful.

I came in with no set budget needing something last minute, and the woman working was nothing but awesome to me. I feel like if someone came up to me working at a flower shop and said "I need this last minute, I don't know my budget oh also can you put an out of season flower in there?" my eyes would roll out of my head. Instead she was like "Ohh I got you come back in 20 minutes." I did and she pulled out the most gorgeous bouquet of all time. I needed it for a sad goodbye, and I felt like the bouquet had all the beautiful things I wanted to say in it's vibrant mixture of colors and textures. Y'all this place rules. read more

Since I no longer live in Southern Oregon I must rely on what I asked to be done to be followed through. My mother had surgery and I wanted to send flowers so I called enchanted florist and spoke to a very nice woman on the phone I had visited the website and found a floral arrangement I really liked. The website cost was $85 and although I really liked it I asked if we could change a few flowers out to give it more of a fall look but absolutely no roses. My parents finally sent me a picture of the flowers received and not only did it have a half a dozen roses it looked wondering percent nothing like the Ashland couture picture they had on their website. After spending $100 I am very disappointed in the flowers which were sent. I don't know if I would use them again read more

My father text me and said the flowers had arrived with a picture. I was devastated and very embarrassed at what had been delivered.
