He called me less than 10 minutes later saying he president would not authorize a refund. I would have thought that Good customer service as the president I would have called myself. Online Image has been doing the Search Engine Optimization for my firm's website for over two years now and have provided consistent, excellent reliable services for a very reasonable price. My firm and Online Image used to share the same office building from 2009 to just the end of 2012 as well. In working so close to them on my firm's SEO needs as well as just as neighbors, my employees and I saw repeatedly that Online Image's computer programmers and developers are sharp people who pay attention to detail and are personable. I used another company for SEO from 2007 to 2009 before I found Online Image, and the other company kept raising their prices and soaked me and many other attorneys for monthly fees without the end product. But Online Image has kept its prices very reasonable and steady. When I was hunting for new SEO service provider, I called other SEO companies who were all much higher than Online Image and who made a lot of promises that - as I learned more about SEO technology - were not true. I gave them my full trust--and it cost me dearly. Here's what happened:    *   I spent over $17,000 total including Google Ads.    *   They delivered zero leads.    *   The landing page was rushed, unprofessional, and full of errors.    *   Their strategy relied on basic Google suggestions, not advanced keyword research or AI.    *   Communication was poor and often dismissive. I quit using Brian in April of 2020 because he was incompetent and condescending. He was impossible to work with, I would ask him for months and months to do simple fixes and he wouldn't do it. He would tell me I needed a more professional website, when I asked him what he meant and examples, he would say well, I'm not sure let me look at your site and then he would never give me any examples. Once he gave me examples of dentists and law firm sites he had done which had no correlation at all to my site. I gave him written notice in an email that I had paid my last hosting fee and would no longer be using him. A few months later I got a bill for a Word Press plug in from his Freshbooks account. I emailed him and asked nicely about it and he said to ignore it. Then it happened again a month or so later. Again I messaged him and he said to ignore it. Well today I got back from a trip and checked my email and found Brian had charged a card that was on file with his Freshbooks account for $50 for a Word Press function renewal! I sent him a pretty nasty email demanding my $50 be refunded. He told me NO he won't refund it because I never told him I wasn't still using Word Press! I sent him a copy of the original email telling him I would no longer be using his services or hosting and if he didn't refund my money I would take him to small claims court just for the principle of it all. He is a complete joke and anyone who does business with him will regret it!
