I had a trailer that the ramp had shifted and frame was bent. Not only was that fixed , they fixed a broken light, new bolts that had been missing from the ramp latch and fixed my break away system. I don't ever remember a time in the last 5 years where someone did what they said they would do, stayed on budget and actually did more to make sure the everything was in perfect working order. It seems like this is not their normal experience but just an unfortunate occurrence. Original post: I reserved a trailer for rental and even had a confirmation from one of their employees. When we showed up to pick up the trailer at the time we had agreed upon they had given our trailer to somebody else. They had a hard time tracking down our rental confirmation, but when they did find it, they just said too bad. No apology or any thing. The only thing they could offer was a rusty stock trailer that the doors would hardly open or to sell us a brand new trailer. Now I'm less scrambling around trying to find a trailer. I will never use them again. I'd recommend staying far away unless you have back up options.
