I bought a used bakflip bed cover and was told it had been on a truck for two days but the customer didn't like it so it was taken off. I was told by Kory that it was a complete kit with no missing parts. I inspected it after it was installed and it looked like it was thrown together just to get me out the door. The seal that's supposed to be on the front was on the sides which didn't cover the whole length of the bed so it leaked significantly. One of the clips to hold the pole was missing so it was just dangling in the bed. I had to come back the next business day to talk to the manager Ryan and after explaining to him what happened he said he would order every part that was missing and call me when it was in. After two weeks of not hearing anything I called to see if the parts were there and they weren't. After a month of waiting, they finally tell me they submitted the order under a warranty claim so it'll take longer than usual. Two more months passed they finally get the parts in. I went to get them installed today and they got different parts than what Ryan and I had discussed and they didn't order every part we agreed would be fixed. Seabass tried to tell me my truck didn't need the seal on the sides after we looked up the installation instructions showing they go on the rails. He then tried to charge me for the missing clip and the missing seal for the from of the cover that Ryan had agreed he would get for me. After explaining to Seabass the conversation I had with Ryan he just told me that Ryan was out for the next two weeks and to come back then to speak with him. The communication between everyone there is awful, no one knows what's going on and their customers service, which they say is something they pride themselves on is terrible. By the time Ryan is available to talk to it will be over three months after this cover was installed.

Suddenly, the travel trailer started to violently sway back and forth so much that it crossed into other lanes. My heart was racing as I finally gained control, pulled off at the next exit, and drove straight to Vogt RV Super Center. I was visibly shaking from the ordeal when I explained the situation to Sara K and Lindsey, with two technicians, Greg and Juan, listening in. I told them our trailer had never done anything like this before. Without even asking me to set up an appointment, Sara K spoke to Greg, and they immediately walked out to my trailer. Within 15 minutes, they had made their assessment, brought out their tools, and got straight to work. I couldn't believe my eyes: Sara K and Greg were on their backs on the scorching asphalt--it was over 90 degrees outside--fixing the problem while Juan assisted. Another 15 to 20 minutes later, everything was completely fixed. Because of their incredible dedication and quick action, my wife and I were able to safely complete our journey to our property in Oklahoma. I want to send a heartfelt THANK YOU to Sara K, Greg, Lindsey, and Juan for providing a great customer experience. There was no charge for the repair. This level of care reflects directly on the fantastic leadership and vision of the two service managers, Cliff and Steven. The one and only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is prices. O'Reilly's prices are much higher than its competitors and I'm not going to get into why, it's just a fact. So keep up the good work people of O'Reilly auto parts and I will keep coming back. I do recommend this place and will continue to use this location.

He's not wrong. LOL This is our go-to place and has been for 13 years. But today has changed my mind. My husband had his car in on Saturday (2 days ago) and had his tires rotated and balanced. On Sunday we found the tire weights laying on the garage next to his tire. So today he stopped in to have them fix their mistake. He arrived at 4:20 and it is now 5:25 and he's still waiting for them to even pull his car in. I understand that there were people there ahead of him but this is a simple 10 minute fix and should have been handled immediately. They have a don't care attitude and they're making him wait until all other customers have been seen.

Gilbert made explained the differences between each model and we came with some research of our own. Ended up buying a 2022 SeaDoo GTR 230 and 2023 Spark Trixx as well as a double ski trailer. His crew gave us the white glove service including installing the spare tire mount, ski covers, adjusting the position of the mounts on the trailer... they absolutely rock. Shout out to Kricket in the finance dept., she was fun to work with even though I did not need financing. She did explain the extended warranty and was very honest about how it works and the value it provides. Unfortunately we don't need any more skis in the near future, but this will 100% be my place for Sea-Doo accessories and other off-roading equipment. I trust these guys and they have earned a 5.
