I was not told that the company did not have the trailer until after I sent my money!  You sold a trailer as if it was in your possession I had no ideal of a private owner until after the fact.  True I was going to wait but as I though about the content of your text of not having any responsibility of  the condition and as is and allowing the person to keep operating a trailer I supposedly brought I was not conformable with it!.  Your rep disrespected me using racial slurs ( go ahead sista) ( Ive's dealt with you kind of ppl beating on your chest huffing and poofing) this was unacceptable! and Further more made me not want to do business.  Now you are holding and will not refund my money for a item your company can't even guarantee or produce.. My situation might be a little different than most, as I don't normally buy trucks and trailers. But as fate would have it, I became very interested in the trucking industry after leaving my job working for Honda for 4 years. The Dallas/Ft. Worth area is huge And there are a lot of different places that sell Trucks. What stood out to me was that itag is owned by Veterans.. my Dad was in the Navy and I am a Navy veteran as well, my brother currently is in the Army. Although this might not seem important to some, I trust working with a veteran over someone else. Trucks are not cheap and it is never an easy decision when you have a family to feed and bills to pay to part with that much money. I am very grateful for the helpful staff at itag for being UP FRONT with me; which so many salespeople these days are just looking to make a sale or get it over with. My experience was good, I would say great, but being a salesman myself the greatness comes in the follow-up, so we'll see how that plays out over time, although I am Convinced that it will be a positive outcome. I started dealing with this so called Company on August 9th,2018 on purchasing a stepdeck trailer with eagle rolling tarp system on it. On the 10th I received an purchase agreement for the amount of $50,990 .00 which I signed and returned. I asked them to get the tire size and call me back, Kyle said he would call me back on Saturday morning, HE NEVER CALLED I called him back on Monday and was informed that they had not heard from place were the trailer was stored, I called Kyle back an hour later and was informed they were pulling the ad because there was a price discrepancy. the next day the trailer reappeared for $56.990 in My Little Salesman Equipment Magazine on Line ,I had called MLS to ask what kind of company do they represent and was informed they were ok. After looking around online at pricing and availability of this type of trailer,I decided this trailer was a decent buy, When I called them back today , Andy informed me that they would not sell me this trailer , per Chris Greens Instructions. This company is not to be trusted, They are crooks, There are several complaints all over the Internet about there shady deals ,and lies they tell, I got lucky and did not get taken. Buyers beware ,your not going to like the outcome, I would not recommend this company for selling or buying equipment. Stopped by to look at a few trailers. All of them looked in great condition..was hard to decide which one I wanted. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Clean looking place overall only downside I would say is the entrance was a little tight to get in with a big truck but doable. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone! I researched and reviewed several truck trailer companies brokers, ETC..... before calling Itag trucks and equipment. Chris Green, was my contact person. I was looking for a used step deck trailer W/beavertail ramp combination. Chris, jumped on it immediately and sent to me many trailers to look over. After no luck finding what we were looking for Chris, said that he could build me a beavertail W/ramps on a trailer without one on it and do the install. We looked at the design and liked what we saw so gave Chris the order to put one on a trailer we found thru Itag. But we added one more twist, we wanted him to build a removable beavertail, which Itag had not attempted before. It only took about a week and the final product was completed and shipped to us. The workmanship and design was first class, the product was as promised.We are very happy with the total experience and first rate customer service. read more

i purchased a flatbed trailer from Itag, i dealt with Vincent, as we were discussing the sale of this trailer i was guaranteed that this trailer was in good condition, that is had passed a DOT inspection and that it had stickers to prove it, he sent me a few pictures of the good side of the trailer, trailer looked good, so we made the deal, everything was done over the phone and online, since they sell online and we are in different states, it did take various phone calls, emails and so forth, after all of this i was still assured by the salesman (vincent) that this trailer was was good with no damages, they requested a payment upfront in order to ship the trailer and transportation cost, we paid them because we were guaranteed it was a good trailer and that it had passed a DOT inspection, we received the trailer 10 days later, as soon as it arrived i saw it i noticed it was bent, and damaged, i called itag right away and spoke to chris green, the owner, he said that there was nothing that he knew about that was wrong with the trailer, he didnt even know what the trailer looked like, they are just brokers dont be fooled, we went back and forth regarding the damages, he questioned the transportation company that he hired to deliver it, nothing, so i kept on calling him, finally he hired a trailer repair company to come and inspect the trailer, the person came looked at the trailer and he considered it a total loss, didnt pass inspection, cracks all over the top of the weldings, the under carriage had cracks all over, the trailer had been in a accident where the car burned under the trailer causing the main frame to warp and caused some holes because of the heat on the platform, he then called the owner of the trailer the person he is selling the trailer for, and the owner verified it was true that it had been in a accident. like i said he is just a broker selling others equipment, he doesnt even know what they look like, beware, finally he took the trailer back he complained about loosing money on the sale, and wouldnt accept liability of selling trailers that are no good, so finally 1 month and a half later after calling him several times he refunded the money for the purchase of the trailer minus the transportation cost, i asked him to refund the full amount and he refused, he doesnt want to take responsibility that he is selling damaged equipment, do not trust him (Chris Green or Vincent,) they just flat out lye to sell you equipment, if you are not there in person to see that the equipment to buy dont do it you will loose out, i would of assumed that if you are selling equipment you disclose the accidents or damages the equipment has before the sale that way we as the buyer know there is damage and we dont have to go through this, no disclosure of damages and then he wants to use his clause of buy as is - where is, that is fine but disclose the damages first, if we would of known to begin with the sale wouldnt of happened, i just wanted to get all the money we paid for this, but still refused to refund transportation cost that is 900.00, i still dont understand how he as the broker selling someone elses equipment doesnt go after the person he is selling the trailer to get his expenses back, especially for not being honest of what he is selling, itag would rather screw the people that are trying to buy the equipment from him, and we had nothing to do or knowing of this damaged trailer, the only thing i would change and learn from this is get everything in writing if doing transactions over the phone or online, read more
