He was really nice. We felt like we were in good hands. Well, spring came and it was time to bring the new awning and set it up. Not happy at all the awning was not remade well. The sides were supposed to have grommets that there are hooks on our siding to hook into. It is so short that they attached the sides with zip ties. That is not how it is supposed to be. My husband watched as they struggled to stretch it accross the rails because it lands short. One panel is so tight and it is not supposed to be. We called and asked the salesman to come out and look at it. He was so rude this time basiclally told us to bad he wasn't going to fix it. He knows what he's doing. The sweetest guy too, super nice and friendly. He'll take care of you! Mike has put up (spring) and taken down (fall) my awning for the past two years. This spring he also did a thorough cleaning of the awning before rehang. Got the mold and tree sap off, to protect my investment. I would not trust my awning to anyone else!

They dropped off the awning after cleaning it and had it neatly folded, from what I could see it was very clean. This spring I had the company who fabricated it reinstall it. The fabricator during the install pointed out that while cleaning it they created many holes in the canvass. So many in fact I had to purchase protective covers for our furniture because when raining it leaks terribly. I sent them a text message complaining about my experience and didn't receive a reply. I sent another text and received an auto response that my message was blocked. Next season I'll have to have a new awning fabricated.
