Jake, the owner, quickly responded to my request for a quote. He described how they would do the ceiling. He had a machine that had a vacuum attachment that removed nearly all of the dust. He showed us pictures of some of his recent work and we were sold. Although they were busy, we got on their schedule quickly. Tommy, the crew lead, was absolutely amazing. His team had a work ethic that you rarely witness. Their attention to detail was superb. Even after a couple of months, I walk into the redone rooms and just smile. He said around 1,500, we gave him a 500 deposit and said buy the supplies you need. The wood was to green to stain, so we will wait. We called him out for a repair and asked about the fence. He said it would be 2,500 that stain had gone up. I asked him why didn't you buy the stain with the 500. I bought 480 worth of stuff. Couldn't give me a receipt. I asked what he bought, he said some stain, paintbrushes, plastic, ect. I told him im not paying for your work tools. I told him i wanted everything he bought.
