Suzanne has the patience of a saint! I know that she had a family to tend to, but she still stayed past closing time because she knew how much it meant to me, for which I'm incredibly grateful and writing this review. I'm in the development stage, which is always challenging and fraught with second thoughts over color, design, hardware, expense, etc., because this family-centered room is a considerable expense and the center of our family's home. I called a bit late in the day but, fortunately, was able to secure a last-minute appointment with Suzanne, who is incredibly knowledgeable and a whiz on her computers. I say, fortunately, because she is has many clients due to her distinguished reputation; an appointment is highly recommended. Suzanne finished my computer drawings and elevations. An "elevation" is a "photographic", computer-generated image from a mechanical computer drawing. This is all uncharted water for me! Best of all, knowing little about kitchen design and construction, I can TRUST Susanne! I know she won't take advantage of this female client, which is invaluable! It was able to identify my design preferences by showing different living rooms and asking which ones were to my liking. In addition, its questions served as a great preparation for the home visit, so Stephanie came well prepared for our meeting. When she visited my place, we decided on a design together, in an efficient process, where she was able to translate my needs and preferences to interior design decisions and furniture choices. After two weeks, she assembled a furniture shopping list, within the budget I requested. I purchased all items she suggested. The furniture items were sourced from many furniture stores and I felt she did an excellent job finding items that were beautiful, fit the overall design, and reasonably priced. They spent three days doing prep work before opening a can of paint. Our 90 year old cottage has an open porch with two wood pillars that were crackled with at least sixty years of paint that was taken down to the original wood. The quality of work is awesome. .
