We dropped off our John Deere riding mower over a month ago and still haven't gotten it back fixed…read more We have dropped in personally and have been told numerous times that ours was next in line. I have also called and been told that we would receive a call back with an update. Today when I called they told me that when we dropped it off that they were over 2 weeks before they could even look at it. We were never told this. They have ordered at least 3 parts that we never got an estimate on. They just took it upon themselves that we would pay for it. I feel like they are pulling a bait and switch on us. Today I talked to the manager and he was very rude to me and told me that they don't have the time to return customer phone calls with updates on the repairs. He told me that they only have 3 technicians and over hundreds of machines to repair. Sounds to me like they need to hire more technicians and someone to call customers back with estimates and updates on when the repairs will be done. I just hope that we are not paying for labor hours on all of this.
