In September 2025, the cost for having my lashes done went from $59 to $75. Pretty extreme if you ask me. I voiced my concerns to the owner. Her response was that they are now offering their own line and have more options for their clients. Nothing whatsoever is different about the lashes I am getting, so why the increase? In addition to increasing my charge - no one bothered to let me know ahead of time. I found out when I was checking out. Seriously bad customer service. Then, less than 4 months later they increased the cost AGAIN. Mariah called me the night before my next appointment to let me know because she knew I was very upset with the last increase and not being informed ahead of time. She's a sweetheart and really cares about her clients. Once again, I spoke with the owner about the increase. She told me that Mariah's level was raised so they were compensating her for that increase. Mariah deserved the promotion!!! However I further questioned the owner and expressed my displeasure with the increases. I informed her (since she didn't know and apparently didn't care), that their pricing had increased 44% in just 4 months. I told her that she was making decisions that would obviously impact customers negatively and had she given that any thought. Again, she didn't appear to care. Now, today I open the receipt for my service yesterday.... They charged me for some hairspray and my lashes and I included the tip. Once again to my surprise, a new fee had been added with no notice. I can't even believe they have the audacity to charge it - a "CONVENIENCE TIP FEE" of approximately 5.5% if you put the tip on your credit card. I immediately called and spoke with Layla asking her what the heck was that fee. She told me that they have a new system for checking out and it automatically charges that fee if you tip on a credit card. She did offer that I could avoid that by tipping in cash. My response - YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!' let me get this straight, your new system charges me in order to pay for the new system? She then asked if I'd like to speak with the owner. I told her no because she continues to charge her customers for anything she chooses without any regard for or any communication to the customers and couldn't care less. I will be submitting this review anywhere and everywhere I can over the next couple of days. It's a shame that she doesn't care that Mariah has now lost another client due to her poor management and business ethics. Done and done

Long story short she left me with burnt off hair and I lost around 2/3rds of my hair. She refuses to pay for damages, will not buy the olaplex system only onsite "free treatments" but I don't want her near my hair. My hair overall is so thin I'm going to need extensions in 4-6 weeks when there's new growth to apply extensions to. They also refuse to pay for this bc I didn't come in for extensions.. lol correct but I also didn't come in to get more than half of my hair ripped off my head. She also left me alone with bleach on my head while she did another clients lashes in another room. They're unprofessional and won't admit or fix their mistakes. Came by to see if the owner would reason with me she was extremely defensive refused to show me footage on the video cameras as there would be several videos of me under the heat for way too long and she said they were hers and that she doesn't even know how to use the system. she yelled in my ear in front of my mom & the children she was babysitting because I said I will be taking this to court as a result of them refusing to fix their mistake. Below are pictures of my hair directly after the service and pictures right before just to show that she was in fact bleaching my virgin untouched roots but blamed the fallout on previously bleached hair.
