Well I can't say anything about her quality of work.... I can say she definitely needs to great improve on her communication skills and booking I did a great amount of research and decided on TRYING to reach out to her to make my 1st ever appointment for either eyelashes or eyelash lifts I have never had either done it took close to a month to get a response then several evasive replies... l really felt like it was something personal and I just don't know why I have never met her read more

I went to get my lashes lifted and tinted on July 27th. It is now August 11th and the are still holding strong. I have gotten lash lifts before but none have stayed this good even after 2 weeks. It looks like I got my lashes done yesterday. I absolutely love them! Destiny is very professional and super nice! Her prices are very fair and she even gives a little care kit at the end of the service with brushes and a conditioner for your eye lashes. My eyelashes still look healthy and strong and I am loving the curl. If your wanting a great lash service for a great price Destiny is for sure the person to go too! read more

Well...I never thought of myself as the type of person that would become addicted to getting my lashes done...but here I am!! I have been a devote client for going on 4 years now, and there is no way that I could ever go back to how I was before. Destiny does a completely fantastic job at making sure that my lashes look classically fierce without overdoing it. HIGHLY suggest you book an appointment! read more

I've been on the hunt for a new lash tech since my old one suddenly stopped doing lashes, and I finally found a great one in Destiny! She's so sweet and asks questions to make sure she gets the look that you want. Destiny is so welcoming, and her studio is very relaxing. The focus at my studio is to be able to just wake up and go. Lashes of course are my number one service. It is amazing how they add a polished look to the face. And their are plenty of options for lashes from most natural to full and bold. Top that with well shaped brows with a tint if desired to really bring that instagram glam to the eyes. I like to finish everything off by providing skin care services. With my skin care services I focus on brightening the complexion and adding hydration so little to no makeup is needed. Meet the Business Owner: Destiny J.

Beauty has always been my passion. In fact, I used to get into trouble as a little girl for getting into mom's makeup and perfume. So in 2008 I became a licensed esthetician. After working in various aspects of the industry, I found my niche in eyelash extensions, brows, and basic skin care. And now, with my own lash studio, I can put all of my experience together. I am happy to provide my clients with quality lash services and relaxation as well. As a native Wacoan, I am happy to serve the greater Waco area.

Thank you Sam! However, I did not have a good interaction with who I believe is the salon manager, Stacy. (Although she could've been the receptionist, I'm not quite sure) She was standoffish, a bit rude, and it seemed like she didn't want to help me at all. After checking in at my second appointment, I went back up to the front desk because I had a simple question about a product that I purchased during my first appointment. As I started to speak, she cut me off saying that I needed to have a seat and that Sam was going to be with me shortly. Before I could even say another word, she turned and walked away from me. I didn't say anything during my appointment because I wasn't going to let someone who was clearly having a bad day ruin mine, but I thought it would be important for the salon owners to know how she is treating clients. I will be returning to see Sam, and hopefully the other woman is having a better day when I return.

In September 2025, the cost for having my lashes done went from $59 to $75. Pretty extreme if you ask me. I voiced my concerns to the owner. Her response was that they are now offering their own line and have more options for their clients. Nothing whatsoever is different about the lashes I am getting, so why the increase? In addition to increasing my charge - no one bothered to let me know ahead of time. I found out when I was checking out. Seriously bad customer service. Then, less than 4 months later they increased the cost AGAIN. Mariah called me the night before my next appointment to let me know because she knew I was very upset with the last increase and not being informed ahead of time. She's a sweetheart and really cares about her clients. Once again, I spoke with the owner about the increase. She told me that Mariah's level was raised so they were compensating her for that increase. Mariah deserved the promotion!!! However I further questioned the owner and expressed my displeasure with the increases. I informed her (since she didn't know and apparently didn't care), that their pricing had increased 44% in just 4 months. I told her that she was making decisions that would obviously impact customers negatively and had she given that any thought. Again, she didn't appear to care. Now, today I open the receipt for my service yesterday.... They charged me for some hairspray and my lashes and I included the tip. Once again to my surprise, a new fee had been added with no notice. I can't even believe they have the audacity to charge it - a "CONVENIENCE TIP FEE" of approximately 5.5% if you put the tip on your credit card. I immediately called and spoke with Layla asking her what the heck was that fee. She told me that they have a new system for checking out and it automatically charges that fee if you tip on a credit card. She did offer that I could avoid that by tipping in cash. My response - YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!' let me get this straight, your new system charges me in order to pay for the new system? She then asked if I'd like to speak with the owner. I told her no because she continues to charge her customers for anything she chooses without any regard for or any communication to the customers and couldn't care less. I will be submitting this review anywhere and everywhere I can over the next couple of days. It's a shame that she doesn't care that Mariah has now lost another client due to her poor management and business ethics. Done and done

Her work and the lashes are excellent quality with no itching, burning or poking. Plus, they look amazing! Her place is quiet, relaxing and smells wonderful.
