He kept selling me expensive drops from his shop visit and told me it wasn't improving, to make another appointment in two weeks. His arrogant attitude was way over the top. Eventually I stop the sessions and booked with another optometrist who informed that all I needed to do was solve my issue was use warm water compress on my eyes a couple of times a day. After only a few months my condition had returned to normal. I purchased at least one pair of new glasses from this place but there seemed to be a continual intimidation tactic to buy more. At the risk of speaking in hyperbole, I'd say it's handsown the best eye exam I've ever had. He was professional but down to earth. He dealt really well with my kids as well, explaining the machines to them, showing them 3D models of their eyes, and helping them through the whole process. He explained things very clearly to me and dealt with all my questions in the perfect line between not saying too much (which some optometrists are inclined to do) and saying too little.
