Our family has worked in customer service for a combined 70 years total and know this is not how you conduct good customer service! I was a customer at this office for almost 6 years and it's scary what they allow to happen…read more I was 8 months pregnant and cracked my tooth. I was told I needed extensive dental work and that I should do it immediately. After researching the anesthetics and visiting my family doctor, I was told that under no condition was I to proceed with the "recommended" work. Anything for a buck right? Even worst is that I got another opinion a few months after delivering my baby and was told my teeth were perfect! Perfect!! Imagine that.
