Due to the part being back ordered, it took a little longer than was anticipated, however, the staff at Mercedes-Benz Fort Lauderdale and Lexus of West Palm Beach did an excellent job, addressing the problem, and ultimately arriving at a solution, my vehicle was fixed under warranty and a loaner was provided while it was being repaired Jason Morgan, general manager, my sales associate and the service advisor at Lexus did an exceptional job in handling this issue.
