1/5 - Warning to Other Buyers…read more I want to warn others about my experience with Auto Direct of Miami. On March 18, 2026, I visited this dealership to purchase a vehicle. I was told that financing had been approved after I provided a $2,000 down payment and completed all required paperwork. I was also required to get a co-signer, which I did--my mother agreed and even participated in a video call with the dealership. Relying on their representation, I took the vehicle home. During this time, I spent an additional $750 out of pocket for necessary repairs, including brakes and window tinting. Less than two weeks later, on March 30, 2026, the vehicle was repossessed. I later found out that the financing had actually been denied and that the loan was submitted incorrectly, including being placed only in my co-signer's name without my full knowledge or authorization. To make matters worse, the dealership is refusing to return my $2,000 down payment and is attempting to hold me responsible for additional fees. After looking into this company, I discovered multiple similar complaints from other customers with experiences that sound very much like mine. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this beforehand, or I would have never done business with them. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to proceed with extreme caution and to verify everything independently before making any payments
