I feel compelled to counteract the horrific reviews previously posted. Stating unequivocally that somebody was permanently injured with no medical backup is akin to libel. I have been going to Dr. Barney at Optimal Chiropractic for months. My first visit was the special $27 consult. The massage took a while to get scheduled due to availability but I'm told that's been improved now. I'm always greeted in a friendly manner. The traction tables feel wonderful. Dr. Barney has listened to me when I tell him a certain part has been tight and performs adjustments to help me out. Not only would I not hesitate to fully recommend Optimal Chiropractic, but I have referred many friends to Optimal Chiropractic already. One friend who has taken my recommendation to try out Optimal Chiropractic came back with rave reviews. I get text reminders for each appointment. I've been going to optimal Chiropractic for about a year now and have always had a great experience! The facility is always clean, and the staff is always friendly! Im able to schedule appointments quickly, or reschedule them in a timely manner. I also love how my appointments are quick and always get taken back right on time. I have a busy schedule that doesn't always allow me to take time for the things I need. But since going to Optimal chiropractic I have been able to make time for the regular adjustments That my body needs! I'm a cosmetologist and have continuous shoulder, back, and neck pain that never seems to go away. But after seeing Dr Barney for regular monthly adjustments and have never felt better! He made sure to take the time to really understand what i needed and then made adjustments as we started to see progress. I will never go anywhere else for chiropractic care! My girlfriend went to see Dr. Barney. When he was adjusting her, he cranked hard on her neck when cracking it. She screamed and literally cried out in writhing pain. Immediately after her session with him, she contacted me and told me that neck and head were hurting. Later that day, she had swollen lymph node underneath her chin which I believe was due to the adjustment by Dr. Barney. As days passed, the right side of her face became completely paralyzed. Each day, the pain worsened the more her face became paralyzed. She was having difficulty breathing, swallowing food, drinking liquids, sleeping and cried often in agony as I did as much as I could to help her. They claimed that she had Bells Palsy which was far off the mark. She was injured by Dr. Barney's hands in his office. When she had a discussion with Dr. Barney, he told her that he would have to live with this for the rest of his life. He also said that he would do everything he could to take care of her. To this day, he has done nothing to take care of her. He needs to cover her medical bills as well as the time it costs her to be away from work to get treatment for the damage he did to her. Dr. Barney needs to be held accountable for what he did to her. He needs to take full responsibility for his careless actions. read more

This place is absolutely my favorite! Not only is Dr. Andrew amazing and I leave feeling better than I walked in ever time, the front desk gals are THE BEST! I wish I could have Sara and Jordan around all the time to be my hype girls! They are so friendly and truly fantastic at what they do. So if you need to feel better, whether it be physically or a confidence boost - this is the place to go! I'm not going to lie, I was pretty skeptical going in since I'd never been to a chiropractor before. I had chronic headaches before I went in that I didn't even realize weren't normal until after my first visit and they were gone. I just want to speak out for a dear friend of mine who was severely damaged at Optimal Chiropractic. Mister Barney injured her during a chiropractic adjustment, damaging her spine and causing a multitude of issues including facial paralysis and difficulty swallowing. He is unwilling to acknowledge this after admitting to it. He also refuses to help with any compensation for treatment that she desperately needs! This is complete negligence so I just want to warn anyone thinking about using Mister Barney's chiropractic services. He needs to be held responsible and at least compensate her for the severe damage she as incurred! read more

I made an appointment when I saw the $27 consultation, adjustment and massage. I was really impressed with the technology used to really see the problem areas in my neck and back. I've been seeing Dr. Andrew for several months now. I really like how about once a month he does another scan of my back to see the progress. I did have to remind them of the massage but that wasn't a big deal to me considering it would be hard to keep track of whose getting one and who isn't. They gave me the certificate for the massage and a few days later I used it. Was much much needed. I saw Dakota and she was amazing. I've had upper back issues for years now and Dr. Andrew has significantly improved it and I have the scan results to prove it. I've been to a chiropractor before in my home town, but that was nothing compared to optimal chiropractic. The receptionists are so nice and up beat. This was the worst experience of my life. Mister Barney damaged my C1, cranial nerves 5, 6 and 7, occipital bone and more. I should have listened to my gut instinct after my initial 1st visit to him as he was far too rough and i paid the price on my next visit which i did not even want to go in for but i wanted the results of a scan they were offering a special on. I should have gotten the results and left but unfortunately i allowed him to adjust me and i have been dealing with the damages ever since. Apparently screaming after an adjustment he feels is "normal". This was almost 6 months ago and i have seen a multitude of doctors, chiros, acupunctures, cranial sacral, massage, reflexology, and more in order to help fix the damage he did to me. He also sat across from me and said he would live with this forever and how can he help fix this? Clearly he couldn't fix the physical damage but he surely should have btaken care of the financial piece as i have spent thousands of dollars, time away from work, pain and suffering and more and now his malpractice company is saying he will not be helping at all. From one business person to another, i am sickened by his lack of help or concern for the damages he has done. He will hurt and likely paralyze someone fully i have no doubt with the aggressive approach he takes with every single client as he also told me this is how he treats everyone. Well i hope others do lots of research before trusting anyone with their body/spine because you may end up with someone as careless as Mister Barney who wants to take zero responsibility for his aggressive and careless treatment of his clients. I am still working on the nerve damage and spine damage he did and i have no idea when or if i will fully be where i was before seeing Mister Barney. read more
