Until Miss Bailey, we were only familiar with PT & OT. Then, in walks Miss Bailey & our journey with speech therapy began... as much as we love all of our therapies, Miss Bailey's weekly sessions were easily Maverick's fave! Miss Bailey makes speech & language therapy FUN with music, stories, singing & a plethora of smiles!!! Maverick would giggle so much during each session, I'm sure his cheeks were sore, but only in the best of ways. Unfortunately, we recently aged out of Early Steps & transitioned into FDLRS, but we are hopeful we can resume services once we are approved for Medicaid, because I'm quite sure- we will never find another Miss Bailey. Every speech therapist and OT as well as Grace M for food therapy have been nothing but professional and personable. Sarah, Patrick, Caylee, Dr. Kaleigh, Angie, Krista, Tara, Grace M, Victoria, have been really good with my children, my children feel comfortable with any of them and that to me speaks volumes. I will not fail to mention the BEST receptionist... all 3 of them! Estel, Tiffany, and Vanessa. They definitely set the energy there and I love them oh and Kim the owner! She really cares about the children! Love this place. Keep it up ladies and Gentleman.

Jill tops the list for the most rude and condescending staff employed there. Next comes Charisse. I now know why this facility removed their Facebook profile. They had so much negative blow back. I think the best commentary and action will come via the proper state channels that are investigating them and putting them under the microscope. I am not the only one. I have been working on the proper channels with my concerns with other patients families, and the best information is coming through loud and clear from a few former employees. Maybe now the truth will come out about where some of the patients medication is going, why these patients call cords are left unanswered for hours at night, where my mother and other families loved ones urinated and pooped all over themselves, and were left to lay in it for hours, and I mean HOURS, which caused chronic UTI's and yeast infections, and some awful bed sores. These patients should not have to sleep in urine soaked beds, and forced to wear diapers. Full stop. You have taken away what dignity they had!!!! The proof will come out in the pudding. In the meantime, work on these huge problems, try answering your phone, and not make patients families wait outside when they are ringing to be let in to see their loved ones, unplug your patients toilets, answer their call cords, clean them accordingly, and not MAKE them resort to diapers. Give them the same dignity you desire, and Jill, stop the rudeness with the families, let them speak, stop being so rude and condescending from the very families that more or less meet the funds to pay you! You cut people off and have to be the loudest and most overbearing individual in the room. Charisse, stop the lies, and why are you in the position you are in without a social services/counseling degree? You cannot even answer questions that if given the proper education, would be no problem . Word is that you cleaned houses prior to this job, and that you were an aide/tech before. Did Carrollwood get so desperate for help that they brought you into a position you clearly are not qualified to do? Word is that you hide behind a giggly young receptionist at the switchboard if Jill is too busy to sit there. The receptionist is giggly, loud, and immature, and you do a poor job of hiding behind her. I just heard you telling her some lie about why you could not come to the phone. At least it was not Jill, or as my wife said the techs/aides refer to her as Miss Piggy on wheels. My word for her would not be nice, as it would be cruel but truthful. You cannot go to the staff over her because they never answer the phone and defend their help because they are more than short staffed there. I am not going to say anything further, but know that the patient's safety is paramount, regardless of their age or station. I can see why you have all of these negative reviews. I also would not even post one star, but you had to in order to post your review. Sad but true.

It's the admin and how things are run here that is beyond irritating. First, it's like winning the lottery if you can call and get through. Often times the phone doesn't even connect or it just rings, especially on the weekends. Second, they just place whatever clothes on whoever. I get notifications that I need to get clothes for my grandma that is a resident there. That she needs more pants. Let me say and I have reiterated this to this facility several times. WE HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS on clothes for her and have labeled them and THEY GO MISSING! We've purchased shoes and slippers and blankets as well and guess what. The same! During quarantine when I visited her through the window to her room I noticed she was wearing shoes that were not hers. I called and complained. Next time I saw her she was wearing her shoes. I've even gone down to the laundry room and sifted through piles and piles of clothes to try to find some of hers. This would be an easy fix -- get mesh laundry bags for each patient. That's what the clothes go in. Bags are labeled with patient name and room. Bag goes in laundry and bag gets returned to patient. No need to ever take laundry out of bag but to hang after laundry is complete. I snapped a pic of the most recent pants she was wearing that were definitely labeled ANOTHER RESIDENT NAME. Prime example of what I've pointed out here.

I've…read morebeen seeing Dr. Epstein for years as I have bulging discs in my lower back and they have done nerve ablation as well as steroid shots to alleviate the pain. These work for about a year and want to keep doing this until I absolutely have to get surgery. Everyone is always very nice, polite, friendly, and professional. Dr. Stephanie Epstein has always been very thorough and friendly. Never makes me feel rushed during appointments. Every procedures I've had has gone flawlessly and all the nurses and anesthesiologists have been great. I absolutely would recommend them.

After fighting for an appointment for an MRI (I'm 26 years old experiencing an injury where my arm will not rotate or move, so it's very scary)& being forced to get X-RAYS even though I stated the ER took some, then struggling with the front desk who stated there was no way they were able to call their authorization department & continued to reschedule my appointment, I was finally seen at this location for an MRI. The ladies who performed my MRI were NOT COMPASSIONATE & UNPROFESSIONAL. My elbow could not bend, and when I informed them of this they seemed frustrated. They told me I needed to and I told them I would love to be able to move my arm that way but I cannot. So they covered me in sandbags & tried twice but apparently I was moving too much. They started to blame me as if I was doing this on purpose. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT MY ARM DOES NOT MOVE. This is quite literally one of the most frusterating things of my life because I'm out of work & feeling pretty defeated. I think due to my injury, my elbow was shifting and that was an issue, but not once did they try changing me to be on my stomach or my side. I pleaded to them to try a third time after they pretty much tried to shove me out of the door and reschedule, as if this just isn't an urgent thing or something they care about. I was crying, asked the for advice or maybe tips to not move or what I can do different--since THEYRE the professionals who do this all day. So they tried again and of course it wasn't good enough and told me to ask the front desk to prescribe me a sedative so I can reschedule and be seen. That was it. Never tried to reposition me; I say this because my experience getting my MRI at BayCare was absolutely wonderful and they were so helpful. First they tried me on my stomach (which worked the first time), but they said if that didn't work they would try me on my side. I just don't understand why that wasn't an option at FOI, was I supposed to think about that? I'm already going through a lot and FOI has truly made me feel alone throughout this entire process. Anyways, I finally got my MRI at baycare & wanted to go back & have a follow up with my doctor Jeffrey Kansan at a completely different office, but apparently calling the technicians UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT COMPASSIONATE & THAT THEY DONT BELONG INTHE MEDICAL FIELD (which I truly stand on) is grounds for them to just pull the plug & not call me back or even communicate that they don't want me coming back to them for a follow up. Instead of viewing me as someone who is going through a hard time and needs a bit of care & empathy (THAT WE LITERALLY PAY FOR) they just kicked me to the curb and said go find a new provider. Why? Because I'm sure it made them feel powerful & like they had the last word. They are INSENSITIVE, RUDE & TRULY DO NOT BELONG IN A FIELD THAT IS MEANT TO CARE FOR PEOPLE. If you want to be seen by people who care about what you're going through, save your money and go LITERALLY anywhere else. You can't even reach their front desk either it's crazy. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
