The woman at the desk truly seemed to take pleasure in saying it would be months before I could be seen. Honestly, I've never thought that about any medical office but she was sneering and laughing. I told her I'd been in 10/10 psin since Friday night. I'm not a drug seeker ( or I would have gone to an ER). I wanted a consult and possibly a guided steroid shot to stop the pain. I had misunderstood the reason for showing up 15 minutes early (it was to fill out paperwork that I thought I had already completed) and I owned that. The reception staff was making comments about my tardiness right in earshot of me, and the nurse who took me back to the room didn't even acknowledge me. THEN Dr Zagar came in the room and was JUST AS RUDE as everybody else. That was enough for me. I felt like I was answering to a police officer, not walking into a caretaker's environment. I could not have felt more unwelcome. I left in the middle of the appointment when Dr. Zagar when she literally scoffed at one of my answers. UNBELIEVABLE! I gave them three chances to turn it around-did not happen. I will not go back there, and if you choose to be a patient there, make sure you are EXACTLY 15 minutes early and that you have a list of your medications. If you don't, be prepared to be treated like a criminal And bring a jacket- the mood is cold and easy in this place. I wish you the best. We have been with ABA Path for about five years - and it has been so impactful, so transformational, so incredibly helpful for my son's development! They have been addressing every and any concern in my son's development and behaviour. He was able to bloom and grow in every area of concern.
