Melanie maintained clear expectations and used her skills to bring our daughter out of her shell. A child with speech delay has a limited voice. Thanks to Melanie, our daughter found hers, improving not only her ability to articulate words but also her level of confidence. In a few words, Melanie is an untouched diamond in the rough. Every speech therapist and OT as well as Grace M for food therapy have been nothing but professional and personable. Sarah, Patrick, Caylee, Dr. Kaleigh, Angie, Krista, Tara, Grace M, Victoria, have been really good with my children, my children feel comfortable with any of them and that to me speaks volumes. I will not fail to mention the BEST receptionist... all 3 of them! Estel, Tiffany, and Vanessa. They definitely set the energy there and I love them oh and Kim the owner! I paid in cash and left without an actual evaluation in hand (was told they would call me with the results) - I received a call from the therapist who told me she had no idea how my son had made it to the 1st grade, and she would advise me pulling him out of public school and putting him a special school - that he could not read or write and that they could do nothing for him. I was left hopeless and devastated. I followed up with a developmental pediatrician at All Childrens that diagnosed him with an auditory processing delay. By third grade (with a proper IEP in place) he blossomed and has since (now in 4th grade) made honor roll every grading period. When I think of one of the darkest part of my journey to help my son - I think of this place, awful!

If it wasn't for the support I got from my wife and PT Solutions I know I wouldn't have come this far. My wife always took time from work to drive me to and back from my therapy sessions. And the crew at PT Solutions always had my back and continued to work with me and give me the confidence I needed to help me endure. There were times I thought that I was just going to have to succumb and walk in pain with a cane. However Ly and her assistant Brittany never gave up and got me the extra sessions they knew I needed. It's been a long journey with the best crew at PT Solutions. Everyone there treats you like family. As Brittany worked with me she would always find some other muscle area that needed attention that contributed to my flexible difficulties that I didn't even know of. It was due to her persistence that got me to where I am today! I can't say enough for the credit due. I am just so glad that they chose this occupation and at this location! I felt that our baby was being handled with care. We were given clear directions and were even allowed to record the session! The office was very clean & they even offered complimentary coffee/tea/flavored water, etc. The price was very reasonable, and I felt we got our money's worth out of the appointment. It felt like a genuine experience and I'm thankful for direction on how we can help our baby at home with exercises.

I was very concerned that he would not Want me after receiving a bottle. Dr. Beckman was cheerful, humble, knowledgeable and very positive that 1) baby was born knowing how to latch on to me...we just needed to remind him. And 2) baby should have no problem switching back-and-forth between nipple and bottle it was just a matter of strengthening the muscles that were weak. That was such a relief for a first time mommy. She went though a series of simple tests and gave us exercises to practice. Three days later he had his first decent latch. And ever since then it's been getting better and more consistent with longer stretches of time. We are not even two weeks since our visit with Dr. Beckman and today we've done more breast-feeding than pumping! Dr. Beckman and associates are professional, friendly, and prompt. Her process is backed by science and research, and carried out with kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend this office. Baby and I are forever grateful.

The woman at the desk truly seemed to take pleasure in saying it would be months before I could be seen. Honestly, I've never thought that about any medical office but she was sneering and laughing. I told her I'd been in 10/10 psin since Friday night. I'm not a drug seeker ( or I would have gone to an ER). I wanted a consult and possibly a guided steroid shot to stop the pain. Major mean girl vibes. How about offering to have a doctor call me? A nurse? I told her I had no ortho in FL and this issue had been dormant for years. Edited for typos

He usually spent only a few minutes with me, which I found disappointing for the cost. At my last visit, I arrived before another patient, but he chose to see her first. When it was finally my turn, he spent less than five minutes -- just a quick neck adjustment -- and then left. I was left lying there for about 30 minutes without him checking on me, until I finally got up and left on my own after being in his office for exact an hour. On top of that, when I felt I didn't receive proper treatment, I called and asked for either a reimbursement or another therapy session at no charge since he hadn't done his job. I made sure the receptionist understood that I wasn't going to pay, and she said, "Okay, hold on, let me check with him." When she came back, she told me I could come on a specific date. After driving 35 minutes to the office, she then told me I had to pay $95. I reminded her this was supposed to be a follow-up for the treatment I never received, but she insisted she had never confirmed I wouldn't be charged. Such a disappointing and unprofessional experience -- both with Dr. Lao and his receptionist. For the high prices they charge and the lack of care provided, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone.
